MADE IN CHINA..BUT PRODUCT NOT AT ALL GOOD.
This is Made in China. Not given in product description.Eventhough it is not given as made in China ,product is working well for 1 week only, after that it is not working properly. Red light is flashing continuously .Quality is not good. After using for 1 week it appears it is not worth for money. But I bought another one like this from WAHL product that is very good.Don't buy this product Andis .Battery is very local and soldering is awkward.

Do Not Buy This
Within 2 months battery is expired. Now it doesn’t work without wire.

Gives a good, but not great shaving experience
I had never used an electric shaver before this, so it took some getting used to. For a few days, it hurt like hell as well, but over time, I got used to it.Pros1. Small and portable size2. Good grip3. Doesn't require any lubrication (shaving cream, gel, water, etc.)4. Comes with a decent charging standCons1. Not suitable for hair growth of more than 2-3 days.2. Doesn't give a close shaving experience. For me, it cuts around 80% of the hair and I then use a safety razor to finish off the rest.3. You need to be very careful with the foil, since it's very delicate and easy to damage.4. Replacement parts are very costly.

Excellent Tool for Bald Dudes. Trust Me You'll Love It
I have been looking for an electric, or any unit, that would make grooming a bald head easier. Shaving is a drag and, if you skip it for 2 days, you look like escaped from Arkham Asylum. I looked at the Pitbull shavers and, ultimately, decided on the Andis because the reviews said it got way closer to the skin and I wouldn't need to buy replacement heads every 3 months. I wasn't disappointed. The trimmer is great. Almost a razer blade shave look. Cuts up to 2 day stubble really easily and quickly. I sometimes use it while watching tv or on my computer. It's loud but not obnoxiously so. Battery life hasn't been an issue since I shave in 5 minutes and then pop it right back on the charger. It's always ready. Clean up is fairly easy too. My trick is to take it apart, it's only the foil and 2 blades inside, and run them under water. Then I dry completely and reassemble.Unit collects hairs inside so you can really use it anywhere. I have. Buy one. You won't be disappointed. The only real con is that the machine doesn't cut if you leave your hair long. 3 days MAX. If you trim every day, or two, it's perfect.

Better than a blade
When I use a blade my skin gets irritated and the results are not as good as they are with this razor. Sometimes I even use it in the evening before going out and I get no irritations at all.

Awesome Shaver!
I am an old bearded guy with who still has a pretty full head of coarse hair. I have been shaving my scalp for over 11 years and am of the opinion that most men shave the wrong part of their head hair, that is they shave their beard and let their scalp hair grow! I love a beard and I also love tattoos. I shaved my scalp so I could tattoo it!I was a long-term blade shaver, using cartridges and more recently tried DE blades because I began having problems with some bad pores on my scalp, most always in the same places, that became irritated and would never heal because of frequent shaving. But I was not willing to quit being Bald By Choice. I tried practically every type of blade and shaver I could find but nothing made much of a difference. I had gotten the best shaves from DE blades but the nicks and irritation were the worst. It took quite a while to shave with it, but I got some relief from using a Braun 790cc (ONLY $200 on Amazon!) double head foil shaver, but it took awhile to get what looked (but did not feel) like a good shave.I wore out two heads on the Braun and was about to get another replacement head (ONLY $35 ouch! on Amazon) when a fellow BBC friend suggested a Skull Shaver (ONLY $200 ouch! on Amazon!). I bought the Skull Shaver and found that it removed my scalp hair down to very short stubble (as good as I could get) in about 10-15 minutes, but I was not happy with the remaining stubble because I like a really slick scalp. So I continued to use the Braun to clean up the stubble after using the Skull Shaver and still ended up with a raspy but somewhat passable result.Still not really happy, however, I looked around on youtube at shaving videos and saw a lot of barbers using double head foil shavers which were much less expensive than my Braun. The various models were priced at $13 to $300+ on Amazon. I mulled them over and watched more youtubes until I settled on the Andis Profoil Lithium Plus Titanium Foil Shaver 17200 ($66, a DEAL IMHO, on Amazon). I didn't get a replacement head for it ($15 on Amazon) because I was determined to send it back unless I was thrilled with it.SO I still have it (3 days) and have used it every day since I got it and I am absolutely thrilled with it! I get a shave that is closer than I ever got with any 3 to 5 blade cartridge razors or with BE razors. I get it quickly, with less mess, ZERO bumps and lacerations, and can have a great shave in less than ten minutes. The shaving process is pleasant and the result so good that I have been shaving every day whether I plan to go out or not just because I love a slick head! I took the picture today and posted it as proof of the facts stated herein!I paid for my shaver, got nothing for this review, and did it because I love this shaver and depend on what I always hope are honest reviews of products when I am shopping on Amazon. I have only two things to say that are less than favorable, and they tend to apply to any shaver other than sharp steel on skin: This Andis shaver works better on my round, hard head than it does on my face. And it is difficult to get a good straight line against a beard because of the design of the shaver heads. So I clean up around my beard with a double edge Wilkinson blade in a Parker DE razor. It only takes a minute and feels great. I don't know how this Andis will last, but it absolutely does what I was looking for. I don't have to run it long and it doesn't get even warm, so I don't expect it to fail quickly. It has a one year warranty. It claims 80 minutes of battery time, but I didn't check that.So I recommend that you get one of these if you need an electric shaver and that in any event you get a tattoo. So far I am happier with them than I have been with any other shaver or body decoration I have ever tried!

Broke the second time I used it!
Ridiculously poor quality. Literally stopped working on just the second time of using the shaver.
