Would these work as button replacements on poly/cotton shirts? My 99 yr old dad can no longer work buttons.

As long as the shirt isn't tight, I would think this would be a great option. Don't know how it washes though.

Is this 200 pack 5/8 inch size?

It says 3/4 on the advertisement.

can these be washed if on a shirt front

I would stitch them through the center... if you had to use them that way. GL
