This is my second time purchasing this hard disk, and I’m very satisfied with its performance. It offers excellent speed, has a slim and compact design, and provides ample storage capacity. Overall, it’s great value for money.

😻💾 I have 2 of these 2TB WD HDD, one I bought More than 5 years ago and another one I bought 1 year ago. - Older one is bit thinner and new one is thicker, but both are 2TB varient. You can see in my image. - Initially I bought this for playing Rainbow Six Siege, works fine, but loading time is a bit higher, so I use SSD for gaming. - These pocket sized HDDs are really good for traveling and organising different category files in different drives. - And works fine with OTG, but it's not practical, but if you want and if you phone support 2TB, then you can use OTG to connect with smartphones. - Working amazingly, never had any issues with these. Matt finish plastic body, so it even after more than 5 years, got not a single scratch.

I bought this product on Great Indian sale. Bought 2 TB variant and price with card offer 5350/-. I checked more products from WD and Seagate etc. why I choose this, because of offer price. Other products are high priced. Flipkart is too expensive in HDD category. So I got this in deal. Speed is no much good. I don't its maximum speed but WD advertise in their site, the speed is upto 5Gbps. I get only 103 MBps in real world use. Tried many types of files. But maximum is 103 MBps. I think Seagate HDD's get 125 MBps. I seen that. So please check this before buy. Product build is plastics body. Not very hard. Could be damage in fall. Storage capacity is 2 TB varient but we get 1.81 TB. I think not Data loss security features added. Seagate advertising a backup program included with their HDDs. WD products are good in durability. So it will be durable. Connectivity support USB 3.2 Gen 1. But i tried different ports. Nothing happens. Same speed almost every port. Fit is fine. Size is small. Not too big. Carry in pocket is simple. Will update after usage.

My passport 5tb. Very bad drive and service. Just after 1 year of use, it got damaged which says drive can't be initialised due to fatal system hardware error. They took 20 days for replacement when they said 7-10 days max. The replacement drive which was recertified drive was also having the same error. They didn't even check the replacement drive before sending. Then after complaining again and arguing for 2 weeks they told to give me prime(new) drive in 7-10 days. Then they say drive is out of stock. Company which makes hard disk has out of stock hard disk. Who believes them. Then they say they can't ship the drive because their RMA System is in upgrade. It took 12 days to upgrade. Then after 12 days they say, their system is in migration so they can't ship it. They want more 1 week time. See this is their worst service. My friend bought a new WD my passport 5 tb hdd. It was in stock for him, but for me it is out of stock. All lies. Very bad service. No data retrieval also from their side. At least segate give 3 years of data retrieval services, but WD don't. Don't buy from this company. Worst ever.
