A Must Have PSP Accessory
Pros: - Great capacity - Capable of holding tons of music, pics, and some videos Cons: - none that I can see other than it's not 4GB! As most Sony PSP owners, being stuck with a 32MB card really cramps the multi-usage of this great device. Come on, let's face it - today even your cell phone has TV, movie, camera and music capabilities. With the supplied 32MB card, it is only a tease as to what can be done with the PSP. Mind you, the PSP is a video game console first, but the ability to play music, watch movies, and show off your camera pics makes this a great little device. That's where the Sandisk 2GB Pro Duo card comes into play. To even touch the level that the i-pod has created, Sony should have packaged this in right off the start. However, now that the price has dropped to a more reasonable level, this card is a must have. It lets you carry tons of music, and if you are a movie buff like me, you can transfer you movies to you card. Overall, Amazon.com was the cheapest site for the Sandisk 2GB Pro Duo card. I recommend it to every PSP owner!

Good product but Amazon goofed on the description
Please be aware that SanDisk makes two version of the Memory Stick Pro Duo. 1) Regular Memory Stick Pro Duo with the adapter and 2) Gaming Memory Stick Pro Duo without the adapter (for the PSP). Amazon description is for the Regular, but they sent out the Gaming card (to me and probably others). I'm using this for my PSP so it worked out ok, but I would like the adapter as well. I have a Sony Vaio laptop with a built in MS card reader (not for duo) and it would be nice to be able to use the card with the adapter instead of plug the USB cable to the PSP and my laptop. Rating for Amazon: 2 Star for error. As for the card itself, it's working great in my PSP. Transfer speed is good. I now have enough room for lots of music and movies. It's great. Rating for SanDisk card: 5 Star.

Everything you asked for
This memory stick is perfect for all my needs. I have a PSP and a digital camera and with the converter I can use it with either. The price is amazing compared to Sony's chip which from reviews I heard doesn't even work as well. All in all it's everything you could want with a chip for an amazing price. It is good for the PSP because I can put 2 or 3 full length movies (two if they are both over two hours) a reasonable amount of music, and unless you have tons of pictures you should have enough to hold them too. This is overkill for the camera and you would probably never be able to fill this chip up unless you never load your pictures onto your computer. If you can make short movie clips on your camera this chip is also good because it loads fast onto the computer and can take it (unlike other chips I've had) if you haven't gotten to the computer in a while.

Worked perfectly with my PSP
If you're looking for a PSP Memory stick, you should buy this one; not only for its good price, but also for its capacity and for being made for an excellent company: Sandisk. Lets say it does the job perfectly. No problems with my PSP so far. Another neat plus was that it comes with an MS Pro adaptor, so if you have a PC with a slot for MS Pro, you dont have to worry about buying an USB cable for the PSP, and you can also use them on cameras that use MS Pro. Great product, highly recommended!

Could be better. But could be worse, too.
Sony has been through some quality problems recently, the death of CCD sensor under high temperature in some M, T and U series of the Cybershot DSC digital cameras and the "exploding" notebook Li-Ion batteries issues. Problems that apparently don't affect the storage sector, the proprietary Memory Stick - though most of them are manufactered by SanDisk. Reliable and fast, prices could be better. Even if it's a proprietary format, recent launch of the 4GB version should lower prices near SD cards level. Of course, the adapter (that I don't need) included is part of this problem, but there was no other cheaper option at the time.

Perfect for my PSP
I use this for my PSP and its amazing. I have games, movies, music etc. all on the memory card. 2.0gb is the ideal size for psp users because games max out at 1.8gb (the size of one umd) and it is not as expensive as the 4 or 8 gb models. There's no need to get the high end models such as the double speed ones because, if you are using your psp to copy the files, speeds will max out at 10 mb/s and that's the max speed for this drive. The extra speed drives will be useless in the psp because the transfer rate will max out at 10 mb/s. However, if you have a separate card reader, you can use the high speed cards to save you a few seconds (not worth it).

Works just great.
With these sorts of things, a review is either going to consist of "it works" or "it doesn't work." Well, it works. Beyond that, this is the way to go if one has a PSP. One might be happy with a 1GB stick, but 2GB gives so much more breathing room. Oh, also? Don't worry about this being made by a third party. If you have a home console like a PS2, XBox or GameCube, you're usually better off buying a memory card by the same manufacturer as your system. But, in this case, SanDisk works just as well as a Sony, and it's cheaper!

I had trouble with it
People in my family told me that’s the way to go, but when I purchased that particular one, I had trouble I don’t know if it was the fact or not, but I had trouble with that. I definitely wouldn’t recommend it.
