Best tasting tea I've ever tried
Oh my goodness.... I thought all tea was basically the same. I was completely wrong. This is a great, strong tea yet very mild and not bitter. You can add sweetener and cream to this without it becoming week and pale. Absolutely wonderful!

Had Covid, lost my taste for Coffee, but tea is for me now.
03-1-2022 Adding because I just got my second box of 100 of these and have to compliment the delivery speed, about a day and a half. How they can send me 100 teabags, almost over night for $3.99 is amazing. This tea tastes as good to me as the first box. This company will have a lifetime buyer now. I am looking at their other types of tea to try as well. So good product, tastes great, packaged and shipped well. I still give 5 starsAfter recovering from covid I had my first cup of coffee and it tasted awful. I wanted something hot so I found some tea in the pantry and made some. It tasted great! Just black tea, no cream or sweetener. Black the way I took my coffee but without the bitterness. I started on a research path to figure out what kind of tea I wanted to try and found some others that were okay at the local market, but priced way too high. Somehow I stumbled on one of this company's commercials and then several more and I figured any company with this awesome sense of humor had to be confident in their product so I ordered a box of their tea. I'm half way thru it and I will for sure be ordering more. Its priced very well, it arrived quickly, seems very fresh. I think it has more caffeine than my other teas and coffee as if I drink a cup prior to going to bed I will stay up longer, but that's not a bad thing, I just have to gauge when I drink my last cup and if I need a cup late I use some herbal tea my wife found for me. I really like this tea and really like this company.Update 03/19/2022 This was my 3rd order of teas from this company thru Amazon. Decided to add a 160 count box of "red" tea to the order. It arrived today. The regular tea showed up sealed and was put up. The larger 160 count box was in a plastic bag, with remnants of loose spilled tea inside of it giving it a dirty look. Pulled the box out and you can see what I saw in the photos. The shipping box was perfect, it was not hurt in shipping, it was placed damaged in the box and shipped out. Called and got a refund for that box, but whoever did that should not be in that job. Now do I trust an opened box with a sliced open bag or do I toss the entire thing?

UK is Still the King of Tea Makers!
OMG. I was offered a cup of tea when visiting a family member and...this was what he offered me--an actual English tea FROM England! I've been a S***** tea fan all my adult life, but I don't think I can ever go back to buying grocery store tea! This is an acceptable Christmas gift on MY list! Amazing, deep flavor, unlike anything I've ever had before. I also tried the Yorkshire Gold, but can't taste enough of a difference to justify the additional cost. They're both EXCEPTIONALLY good. Tea time in the morning is a real treat now, more than just a routine. I think it's stronger than American tea, and wonderfully tasty.

Very nice Brew
I would say that this is similar to PGtips in taste. Medium-bold taste, with no harshness what so ever. A very easy to drink tea.

Standard
The tea tastes pretty standard. A good quality, easy to drink brew.

Delightful.
It's absolutely wonderful tea. It has a very rich and smooth flavor, with a wonderful aroma. And, like most teas, the caffeine impact is very even and well-distributed. It really is a terrific way to start the day (or continue it, or end it, or anything else for that matter). It is one of the very best teas that I have ever had, and I drink a lot of tea. Quite a lot, indeed. The fact that it also comes at an extremely attractive price makes it a no-brainer. Highly recommended.

Oh My! This is very good tea!
So, I've upped my game on black tea, and YES Yorkshire Tea Taylors of Harrogate Red, is well worth the hype AND 5 star reviews! I believe I can drink this tea ALL day long - hot or cold! It's a full bodied tea! Bold and full of flavor. Yes, I put sweetener and half&half in it, and it is quite soothing and delicious and easy to drink. I even ordered 3 kinds of Tea Biscuits and some shortbread biscuits from the UK yesterday -in anticipation of today's Amazon delivery AND the upcoming holidays. I love everything about the tea.... the color, the fragrance and of course the taste. I wish the teabags were individually wrapped, but..... I WILL GET OVER IT. I now have to re-arrange my tea drawer in the kitchen, but I don't know how I should store the tea bags. 100 bags will last me quite a while, so to maintain freshness, should I keep the tea bags closed in the box or place them in a sealed jar? I might just have to get the Yorkshire Gold to compare the two.

Slightly smaller bags
I purchased the 100 count box, of the Taylor's of Harrogate red label Yorkshire tea. Previously I had purchased the 80 count box (the one that does not have the string and tag). One important thing to note is that with the tea bags with the string and tag attached, like this 100 count box, the actual tea bag is smaller and has less tea in it. I measured this with a kitchen scale, and they have one gram less of tea inside. It's still the same excellent tea, but you might want to keep in mind that this is a better size for a smaller delicate teacup (6 oz to 8 oz max), and if you use a larger size mug (10 to 14 oz) then you would definitely need to use two bags in it. Unless you like your tea weak. :)As for the actual tea itself it has an excellent flavor and I find it to be a great bargain. We have done a side-by-side comparison taste test with the red label box and the gold label. They are actually quite similar except I found the red label box to be more mellow, whereas the gold label box is a little heavier on the tannin and might need a little heavier splash of milk.
