I absolutely love this carafe. It keeps my coffee hot and looks beautiful on my counter. I have had it a year and unfortunately the pump lever broke. I contacted the company and they honored the lifetime warranty. They immediately sent out a new one!

I bought two of these. They worked really well. They kept our coffee and hot chocolate hot.. You can link the bases of them together. I love how they look on the counter. They are great for family get togethers, birthday parties/holidays. They give you a specially shaped scrub brush for ease of cleaning out the pots between use. I would say just be sure to throughly dry them out after your finished using them and packing them away between uses. I really like these. I suppose I’m being greedy, but I’m considering buying a third so I’ll have one for coffee, one for hot chocolate, and one for hot tea at our gatherings!

I used this air pot in its nifty little coffee cup stand for Thanksgiving. It was a huge improvement over my previous version that stopped working a year ago. I thought I could just do without an air pot but I decided that I had the older one for many years and used it for many years for good reasons It was convenient, the coffee remained hot and is was easy to fill and clean.

This carafe is easy to use and easy to clean. I use it 4 days a week at the office for my own coffee and it keeps the coffee hot for about 4 hours which by then I have finished the carafe. Will use it at home during the holidays as well.

I have my own food business and vendor at several farmers markets and I use this to serve hot tea. The first time I use this I tested it out for my Halloween party I held at my house and I served hot apple cider. The apple cider stayed hot all day until the next day and by the afternoon it was still lukewarm. Definitely worth the money!

This is great especially for on the go with camping, sports,ECT... It works well. Highly recommend. I fill my tea pot on stove (twice) early morn. pour into the thermos and done for the day. It's always ready. think it's better than the one minute electric kettles because I can have the hot water ANYTIME of day and not have to wait it's just ready.

I hosted a breakfast for my daughters bday and thought I would buy a big jug of coffee from dunkin or starbucks, but I thought, why not brew my own and get a dispenser? This product was FANTASTIC. Everyones coffee was warm and it was easy to use and clean. Love that it brought a brush!

I bought 3 of these and the day after the return window which is only 1 months the clips broke and they stopped keeping liquids hot. Customer service doesn’t answer and sends you to voice mail so they don’t have to deal with you .

This is amazing it stays war for more than 12 hours i use this every day boil kettle twice in morning fill it up and it does me all say/night its even still warm next morning could nit live without this

1. El embalaje malísimo y por el aspecto de su caja y todo parecía usado 2. El primer día mantuvo caliente el agua por las 12 horas pero al segundo día ya ni 5 horas y todo frío no mantiene nada 3. Se supone que es inoxidable pero ni 4 días de uso y en el interior ya presentaba oxidación. Conclusión: parece que me enviaron un producto defectuoso que previamente ya lo habían devuelto y usado.

The item is as described for me this is a big help as I am a full-time carer for my elderly father who is 75 and disabled usually I'm busy all day making meals and other jobs around the home in and out of the home so having this filled up with hot tea saves on hassle for my elderly father shouting me whilst I'm busy doing other jobs for him so bought this to save time letting him make his own drink right next to him in his room watching telly the old man does loves his tea and now he can enjoy 3 litres of tea I'm absolutely surprised he's really taken with it I'm happy to 😁

This is something I'm using everyday and when I do my evening tea I'm still able to drink hot tea at the morning. I left 4 stars only because after short time the back hinge locker broke off and I needed to fix it but after that it still working and is not useless.
