The cap has an easy lock facility, which can be operated with 1 hand, which prevents leaks. I take mine to the gym in my bag and have had no problems at all. Why not 5 stars then? I do find it frustrating that the bottle itself can’t be squeezed, to provide water flow. Drinking whilst in the gym or class is not as easy as it could be.I also have the 1 litre version of this bottle and use that at home for topping up my water glass throughout the day.
