Woke up my audio system
I got this for my Polaris RZR to run my system that includes four 6 1/2” and one 8” subwoofer along with 2 kicker amps, I replaced using the ride command (stock radio) and it woke up my audio system. The quality is good, brightness display screen. Easy to operate being that the buttons are a good size. Has features like builtin EQ, Bluetooth. It’s a good value for your money. I recommend this 10/10

Round model does not come with antenna, has non-volatile memory (keeps settings)
Things to know that are confusing about the product description, reviews, and QA on this page: 1 - The round one does not come with an antenna. An antenna is not mentioned anywhere on the box or in the manual. I do not know why there are so many QA questions stating that it DOES come with an antenna. 2 - The switched-power-on wiring is pointless; the unit has non-volatile memory, so it doesn't lose clock, bluetooth or radio settings when completely disconnected from power. I'd suggest you wire both power leads together. This is really important if you use a battery switch or breaker panel to disconnect everything when you are away from the boat. Other than these things that I wish I could have confirmed before I bought it: It's fine. It sounds okay, the interface and menus are okay, the installation instructions are okay. It feels pretty cheap in operation, but it does function. I installed it immediately and it has had a week of being in very, very hot and humid conditions inside my boat and there have been no issues. When it dies, I would be 50/50 on replacing it with the same model or spending more for a different design. Power draw seems very low in operation.

Works wonderfully!
I woke up this morning, and decided to get to work and install my newly ordered boat radio that I bought a week ago. Yesterday, I opened up the package and quickly breezed through the typical wiring instructions, and then looked at the mounting instructions. I did not have a hole cut in my boat console yet, so I went to the hardware store and purchased a 3" hole saw for my power drill. So this morning I cut the hole, cleaned the area, mounted the radio in about 25 minutes, then wired the radio. I turned on my radio switch on my rocker panel and it came right on. I tuned to a station and it sounded great, and clear. My other radio did not have near the reception that this radio gets. Then I got my phone out, and linked it to the radio...super easy. It is only day one, but so far, hands down, best boat radio ever!

2ND UPDATE- ALL AUDIO QUIT Update- It was a bad radio
NEW UPDATE - GOT JUST ABOUT TWO WEEKS OF GOOD SOUND, WAS HAPPY WITH THE RADIO, UNTIL TODAY - PLAYING FINE , HAD SOME STATIC THEN RADIO QUIT ALL SOUND. STILL LIGHTS UP , SHOWS WHICH STATION, BUT NO SOUND AT ALL - TRIED BLUETOOTH SHOWS SONG PLAYING ON DISPLAY BUT NO SOUND AT ALSO. TRIED RESETTING ALL SETTING BUT NO SOUND OTHER THAN MINOR CRACKLE WHEN TURNED ON . SO NOW I HAVE A THREE INCH HOLE IN MY DASH, WITH A DEFECTIVE RADIO. AGAIN Wanted to post an update- ordered a replacement MGR350B and hooked it up to the same speakers but on "the bench " and the new radio plays GREAT. Can even you ent on the "Xbass" setting and it plays. So it turn out I got a bad radio, lesson learned to bench test before soldering and installing the right way and make sure it works. I have literally installed DOZENS of radios over the past 40+ years and have never had a problem. Now I get to do this the HARD way, either under the hood of a utv with wires cut to lenght or start completely over again and cut it all back out. This sucks, but at least I found the problem. But with a broken back and psoriatic arthritis this is really going to be painful to do under the hood. After spending all afternoon soldering and heat shrinking and making sure all connections are secure, I place it in the dash turn it on and it does play. Try to set the eq sound and any bass over 3 and half volume causes major sound distortion. Changed settings around and have found that this head unit just does not have enough output power to drive four speakers with any decent sound. Even disconnecting one pair or the other it does the same thing just with a little more volume than with four speakers connected. Any bass combined with any volume causes the sound to completely fail. I have the same speaker set up on my EZGO with a Sony head unit and it rocks no problem. The dash on Trail Wagon utv has no space to use a din radio so I had to go with a gauge style like this which fits and looks great but sounds terrible. Now after doing a professional soldered, double heat shrinked install ,all wrapped in taped secured so no branches can undo anything on a trail I'll have to go back in and cut it all back out under the dash and rewire for an amp under the dash. I had a good laugh turning on the XBass setting, this unit just said- no, with any volume over 10 it just cuts out. No power to drive speakers. At LOW volume this is a nice unit, you can get good sound. Going to put an amp in and see what happens, now that I have a three inch hole in the dash I kind of have to try to get the sound I want out of this unit. It does look good but it needs to sound good as well. I'll update after I get the amp in. Out of curiosity maybe Amazon and sent me a bad new speaker, I hooked them up on my EZGO with the Sony head unit and they played fine. I was really hoping this unit would work fine without an amp because I don't wanna add another device in the electrical system to add more draw. Maybe I got a bad radio? I see a bunch of the reviews bragging on how loud it is.

Good radio for the price.
This is my second BOSS. The first one was still playing strong after 2 years of use and abuse in our boat. (We normally use every weekend 9 months out of the year. Got to love Florida. The old radio was still going strong until user error caused it to pop an internal amp or driver. (I was installing a new battery in a tight space and hooked the negative and positive backwards. (Yes there was some choice words said for not paying attention on my part.) The radio pushes the 2 6.5" speakers well. It does distort at full volume but for the money it does great. It's plenty loud at full throttle (still running a 2 stroke motor.) For out of the box easy install I would definitely recommend.

good radio for my Kawasaki Teryx 2 in combination with good quality roll bar speakers
after slightly shortening the U-mounting bracket to prevent interference with a dashboard cable harness the mechanical installation is quite simple and easy. However a bullet proof electrical installation is time consuming and complex if done properly, (common to all radios in this class) I used automotive type , (offroad vehicle!!!!) waterproof connectors for all wiring so dashboard can be removed, added master on off switch to prevent any battery drainage on my UTV and also installed a marine type high gain wip antenna with excellent results. The Radio is powerfull and delivers surprisingly good sound. The push buttons are somewhat small, forget operating radio when wearing gloves. I pipe my music in via my Samsung S7 or my I pad, works flawlessly. The little USB plug is a bonus. If you are in the market for a small 3" diameter radio give it a look, I like it and would buy again
