The smart way to clean your tush
This bidet is fantastic! It may not be the cheapest of the bidets, however it does do just about anything you would want it to do for you. The heated seat is excellent especially during the winter months. Installation was a breeze. The endless hot water capability is a very nice feature. The toilet seat so far seems to be holding up well and appears to be made to a high quality. The plastic feels sturdy and not cheap. All of the remote control options give you the ability to manage the temperature, water stream location, the charcoal filtering exhaust to prevent your bathroom from stinking and the air dry capability all at the tips of your fingers.

Clean your booty!
I don’t usually leave reviews and I will follow up on this one in a few months.. I just installed the Bio Bidet 2000 and messed around with all of its functions to make sure everything worked. Installation was super easy — I’m definitely a DIY person, but it only took about 30 minutes and I think anyone could do it. Everything you need is in the box, I only needed a wrench to remove my old bidet that did not have warm water. The instructions are super clear. I didn’t need to call a plumber or buy any extra parts. The heated seat is amazing, and I like that you can change the temperature of the seat and the temperature of the water. The water pressure and temperature settings are easy to adjust, and the warm air dryer actually works really well. The remote control has a lot of buttons so I think it is a little confusing initially, but I’m sure I’ll get used to it. The nightlight is nice, but I prefer not to have one so the ability to turn it off is wonderful and I’m happy that it’s there. It feels really solid and well-made, and I love the soft close lid. It is a bit noisier than my old bidet, but it also has a lot more functions instead of just shooting out cold water so that does make sense and the little noises may lesson with time as the functions get used more. If you’re on the fence, just do it, you can always return it if you hate it, but you probably won’t.

Happy with everything!
Easy to install, looks great in the bathroom, easy up and slow close lid, easy to clean, first time bidet owner but I bought two and I love them both. Don’t sit on the top lid because it’s not thick or sturdy enough but the rim is very sturdy and high-qualityand all functions wonderfully. I should’ve bought a bidet sooner. I am very happy with this.

Good product, nice features, easy to install if you have electrical outlet nearby.
This bidet toilet seat was so easy to install and seems to work fine, although I didn't want to hire an electrician to install an outlet, so I just ran an extension cord, which doesn't look great, but I didn't want to spent more money on this bidet toilet seat. I like the blue night light and where it is located on the seat, but wish it had a sensor to make it go off in daylight (save electricity, right?). I just turn it off manually every morning. The heated seat is nice when it is cold, but I live in SoCal, so that rarely happens. The warm water feature is really nice, volume and force is good, but I still feel I need to use toilet paper when finished. Love the slow close lid and odor eliminator features, they work great! Overall, nice product, but pricey with all the features. In summary, I don't think this is a must have. Moist wipes work just as well and are much cheaper. As I get older, I may come to appreciate this bidet toilet seat more. Lastly, I was able to sit on my old toilet seat lid when closed, but this one I can’t, so definitely miss that feature!

Great product
The Bio Bidet takes personal hygiene to whole new level. The product was really easy to install. The heated water and heated seat functions are wonderful, especially in the MI winters. There are so many great features to this product, like the blow dryer and the deodorizer, I definitely would recommend this bidet.

This is my new favorite house item.
This is my new favorite house item. It does exactly what it is designed to do and does it well. I've used all the functions except the vortex. I don't need the heated seat but the heated water is an absolute must :) Once you do a quick read over the functions of the remote it is very easy to use. Installation is super simple. It has a 3m sticker on the back so you can stick it to the wall or the holder can be screwed into the wall. Make sure to know where you want it. I used so old stickies that aren't strong to hold it in place for a couple days. So that's an easy where does it go. Most bathrooms have an obvious place lol. The unit is easy to keep clean. Make sure to read the directions as you aren't supposed to use certain cleaning agents on it. I must emphasize that this unit cleans you properly. If you've had one before and you know what you want, definitely look closer into this one. It might be a hundred dollars less expensive but what you get for value this comes on top. If I were to have one thing available, it'd be to have constant warm water. But hey, that was in the more expensive unit and the extra money wasn't worth it. My situation is that I have an old bathroom that does not have a plug next to the toilet. I posted what I did below and consulted a plumber. **Once I installed the seat I measured how long of a cord I needed. I made sure to order UL Certified, 13A 125V, Heavy Duty 14AWG plug that was flat so it laid against the wall and not stick out and it rotated. It was also a GFI plug. Check with a plumber if you aren't familiar. What i say is JUST what I did and DO NOT suggest my method unless consulting a plumber or electrician.

Excellent product. Packaged very well. Unpacking went smoothy. Reviewing the instructions, I found them just a tad lacking,...but as you progress with the install it starts to become self explanatory. Unit comes with a new water supply hose for your toilet, which is not common these days. All install parts required were supplied, including batteries for the remote. Installation proper was straight forward and unchallenging. The installed unit baffled me for a few minutes, until I discovered the receiver for the remote was on the RH side of the seat. Bidet operation was intermittent until I held the remote in my right hand, and beside my right leg. This placed the remote in closer proximity to the reciever and everything worked perfectly. We live in an area where our water pressure is lower than what you find in a city setting. I studied bidets and water pressure. The Bio Bidet BB 1000 and 2000 models always reviewed highest for water pressure delivered to your bottom. The 1000 is actually better for delivered water pressure. But the 2000 supplies endless warm water to your bottom, where the 1000 has a limited supply of warm water, after which cold water is applied to your bottom. So we opted for the 2000 and find its water pressure more than adequate,. however I typical utilize the highest pressure option the 2000 delivers. Our sewer system is a septic system. Our toilet paper usage has plummeted since installing the BB 2000. Its crazy how much TP we used before the bidet. Its also crazy how much cleaner you feel after using a bidet over TP. Its seriously leaves you feeling like you just stepped out of the shower. I now dread using another, bidetless toilet for my #2's. And upon returning home I promptly visit my BB 2000 to "freshen up." Just get one. You'll feel so much cleaner it'll make everyday brighter and happier.

I bought this on the recommendation from a friend who had the same model. This friend, being originally from Europe, was familiar with various bidets since they are commonplace there. Whereas, in North America, bidets and bidet seats are (sadly) rare. After having used this bidet seat for a couple years now I can say I am extremely happy to have purchased it. It's a game changer, and anytime I have to use a toilet without a bidet seat I cringe! I can't believe that washing our bums after going "#2" isn't the norm. Well, it is in my household and everyone loves it. The product itself is solid and there have been zero issues with it so far. The plumbing is easy to install. The only downside of the overall install is that you need an electrical outlet nearby, and preferably one with a dedicated circuit to be used solely by the bidet seat unit. For me this wasn't an issue since I'm an electrician. For others, this may be an additional expense. But this isn't a knock on the product in anyway. One other thing I would mention is this, depending on the distance the toilet tank is from the bowl, this will influence if some of the bowl space is nulified. In other words, you may lose some "working space" in front of you when sitting down. Unfortunately, I can't provide specifics on the best measurements to look for as the tank relates to the bowl and how the seat is mounted because there are dozens of different toilets available. At the end of the day, it's not a deal breaker but it is a minor inconvenience in our situation. Overall, totally recommend the BioBidet BB2000R.

When visiting Japan last year we were impressed with their bidet toilets. I did extensive research and the highest rated brand and model were the BioBidet BB-2000. The item was well packaged and delivered on time. The instructions were very informative and the installation was simple with a modicum of knowledge about plumbing connections. The BioBidet 2000 is extremely well designed and includes all of the most important features that you would want in a premium bidet. The remote is intuitive and the operation is very effective and easy. My wife is remote-challenged, but learned how to operate the bidet after one (ok, maybe two) sessions. The sprays are very adjustable as to type, strength and width. The seat warmer heats up fast even on the eco setting. The blue light is great for those trips in the middle of the night. The deodorizer actually works well, but the dryer does take a long time to work effectively (a minor complaint). We remain very pleased with our purchase and would recommend this model to anyone who wants a quality bidet toilet seat.
