These gel pads are great for comfortably tucking under clothes or wraps to help heal areas that need heat or cold therapy. Out of the freezer they stay cold for about 24 minutes when placed on the body under clothing. They don’t retain heat as long but luckily with 13 other pads, it’s easy to keep a stack warm (or cold) and ready to go. There’s no smell and the gel pads are lightweight and high-quality!

Nice for small areas and a quick chill. Good to have backup because being so small, they don't hold the cold very long. A nice touch for reducing pain and inflammation.

I bought these to use after having a lumpectomy. They are perfect!!! They fit nicely in my sports bra. They are made pretty durable so they don’t leak. They’re lightweight. I love the fact that there are several so I can swap them out multiple times daily. These would also be great for postpartum or for kids “boo boos”. Shipping was super fast, too. Highly recommend!!

This set is awesome. I am in my early forties with a physical job that I’ve been doing consistently for almost thirty years. Even though I am fit, I am a bit injury prone, and have a few chronic issues from previous injuries. I fractured my ankle last year but I already had an ungodly amount ice packs, so I held off on ordering this until a few months after my injury. I used my husband’s crew sock and a much larger gel pack also from Amazon to DIY a solution. It worked, but I wish I hadn’t waited to buy this, although at this point it’s whatever. I like these little guys because you can also tuck them in-between snug fitting clothing with the fabric side on the skin. I currently have one on my shoulder under a tank top strap, and the actual wrap with two packs on each side of my ankle. I have the set of 6, and it’s great because you can always have a backup at the ready. And the storage bag is nice to keep everything contained. When I’m done, I put the wrap and everything right back in the bag so it’s ready for next time.

I love these for my 4yo daughter. She always wants ice for injuries and so they’re easy to grab and use. They don’t stay cold super long, but for my purposes they don’t need to. I think it’s a good price for the quality. They’re comfortable and easy to use on any body part.

These are a bit large and stuff for the eyes but work well for other areas or purposes. I chose them for use after eye surgery but needed something that laid differently and was a bit “softer” on the eyes. They do freeze fast and the wrap they can be put in is well made.
