Birds love these all year round. At the moment they are devouring one every two days! Totally recommend them, great value for money, happy little birds 😁

Birds love them eating me out of house & home!

I put a block out every day on my ground feeder - at night, where it is nibbled at by hedgehogs and then taken away by one of the foxes that visit most nights; the fox also gets any left over cat food (as does the hedgehog) and everything is gone by dawn the next day. At that point, the daytime suet block goes out, which attracts many birds to feast, including Jays, Robins, Blackbirds, Thrushes, Nuthatches, all of the BlueTit family and, most days, Woodpeckers. All birds and other wildlife seem to enjoy these blocks and they attract parents in the spring, desperate for food for their young. The blocks add some fat to the diet and always go down well, but I avoid putting them out on hot days as they do have a tendency to melt.

The birds adore this stuff and will descend on it like starving locusts! If I were to keep it topped up I'd likely need two per day which is ridiculous, so they they don't get it often. If they want more they'll need to go out and get a job so they can pay for it the lazy so and sos.Amazon suggests I could mention 'flavour' in this review. I don't think so.

These are great value and the birds really do queue up to have peck at them.Nicely kept fresh in a plastic cover and each i soft enough for all the birds to eat from.Great value too. I have two cages for these and they last about 3-4 days with the birds coming into the garden.
