This is a pleasantly tasty and very effective natural toothpaste that, with the addition of grapefruit seed extract (nature's most powerful antibiotic), keeps your teeth and gums healthy and fresh. I recommend topping it off with Jason's Healthy Mouth wash. The two together have helped me maintain oral health without constant dental interventions.

My teeth are so discolored and worn that whiteners only help so much, and this toothpaste hasn't worked magic, but my teeth are certainly no worse. But here's the reason I have kept buying it for a few years now: I have a pocket under one of my back teeth that gets infected easily, and since I started Dental Gel Plus with Dental Peroxide its only gotten infected once. When I had to do without this toothpaste for a week or two. Dentists won't agree with my reasons probably (mine scoffed), but it's why I keep buying it. Besides the great taste, and reduced cavities, that is.

I should give one less star for the tubing. It is hard to get the last bit or remnants of the toothpaste out like I assume we all do before buying another tube but the plastic is so thick. I love this toothpaste

I used this toothpaste several years ago and swore by it. I recently started using it again and for some reason my teeth became super sensitive. I switched back to a ayuverdic toothpaste and the sensativity went away. Unsure of why. Still like the flavor though. Does not taste like grapefruit but has a pleasant minty flavor.

Really like how this toothpaste makes my mouth feel so refreshed after using, great wintergreen taste and noticable whitening of my teeth after continued use. Best of all, NO FLOURIDE! I can put up with SLS as another reviewer posted, there are a lot worse things than SLS and besides, you do not consume this product it is merely topical. I will take off a star for not replacing the SLS with a more natural subsing agent but I will also continue using this product. SLS= "The Cosmetics Database finds Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate to be a moderate hazard ingredient, primarily because of its potential to be contaminated with nitrosamine (a known carcinogen) and because of its classification as a penetration enhancer, which may alter skin structure and allow other chemicals to penetrate deeper into the skin. Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate should not be used in cosmetics and personal care products in which N-nitroso compounds may be formed (CosmeticsInfo.org). Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate is not expected to be potentially toxic or harmful, and has a low oral toxicity. It is not found to be mutagenic, irritating or sensitizing, although as stated above, it may enhance the penetration of other ingredients through the skin."

Best toothpaste I've used without making my own.

We love this gel toothpaste. Good flavor, great ingredients without the extras.

Worked well on old tobacco-stained teeth. Tighten gums, recommend highly.
