This is by far one of the best tasting chocolate i have had, the texture and flavor are perfect, and i dont have a sweet tooth so the 86% version is perfect for me.

This bar is absolutely delicious! My friend told me about it years ago and I had been wanting to try it but my local Whole Foods didn’t carry it until the other day, when I saw it by the registers. I noticed this brand makes a few other flavors, too, but this is the only flavor that’s sweetened with honey, instead of cane sugar. This is really important to me because for health reasons, I don’t eat refined sugar, so any time I come across a honey sweetened chocolate, I’m ecstatic about it since they’re few and far between. Upon first bite, I fell in love. The chocolate tastes smooth, velvety, and reminds me somewhat like milk chocolate, except it’s not overly sweet. For a cacao bar, the taste isn’t as dark, which I personally like. I have tasted a few other honey sweetened chocolates and truffle bars before by other brands and this bar is, by far, my favorite. It’s $7.99 a bar but well worth it, especially when you compare it to its competitors. The bar is pretty big, so the price tag is worth it, especially when considering how clean the ingredients are. The only ingredients are unsweetened chocolate processed with alkali, raw honey, and cocoa butter. If you’re on the fence about this chocolate bar, don’t be! And be sure to buy more than one. You’ll thank me later.

Not bad but didn't live up to the hype of the wrapper

We were super disappointed with this bar. We didn’t realize that honey here is like what almonds would be in another bar - just a topping and a very light dusting of a topping at that. There is not enough honey to sweeten the bar and not enough to last the time it will take the bar to melt in your mouth. Those little sprinkles on the chocolate in the photo is the honey topping and the sprinkles on the wrapper are little honey sprinkles that have stuck to the wrapper. I gave up all added sugar years ago and am just starting to try unrefined sugar and it takes very little sweetness to be enough for me. So the lack of sweetness is okay but unexpected. The real disappointment is that it isn’t as creamy as I was hoping and that is because the bar we had was not well tempered. Other folks positively rate the tempering so maybe we got a bad bar? For the price, I expected higher quality chocolate.
