When I received it, it was clearly a USED product. The scooter itself had caked on dirt and mud as well as scratches all over the body and handle bars. I highly recommend you purchase elsewhere. I ended up purchasing from Walmart for $234.88 and added a 3 year protection plan for $34.00. Since receiving the new scooter purchased through Walmart, it has been used every single day- multiple times a day! :) It's absolutely perfect and fun for riding around the neighborhood on sidewalks and even through dirt and grass. It's easy to assemble but does require you wait 12 hours for the battery to charge before riding- which is really only a big deal if you have been waiting to ride since your birthday!
