I have had my pro 8020 printer for over 3 years now and it’s never let me down…it woks perfectly fine each time…I do have the HP app which is very convenient as I can print from my phone on the move or from a pc somewhere as long as the pc is connected to WiFi…as my printer has its own email address and I am subscribed to the ink plan which I find even more convenient and the new inks always arrive before the old ones run out…I am very happy with my HP 8020 printer and I have recommended to others ..

I had a bad experience with the seller, because the printer wouldn't print colour, but I am not letting this influence my decision - I will review this as a full-price purchase, as if everything works perfectly.I know that this printer is for small offices, but I know that a lot of people are buying this for personal use. I would recommend googling "What are the differences between the HP printers?" and maybe settle for an ENVY or ENVY Inspire, which print at around half the speed of this one.I would also recommend looking up how to buy ink refills and manually refill your ink cartridge because that would definitely save you a lot of money.Overall, this is a good printer, but it is definitely more expensive than it should be. If you could get a better deal for a used model at more than half the price, that would be ideal. Maybe reconsider purchasing this printer for home use.

..put the wifi password into the front panel and voila. It works.If you are struggling with finding a printer that works with EERO, I feel your pain. I'm the guy who always buys the 50 quid printer - but this time I selected this one as it has an ethernet port, and due to lockdown all the cheap printers are out of stock. I have my Hive Hub in the single ethernet port in my gateway EERO so I was ready to add a small ethernet switch to the environment - so was overjoyed to find that EERO works fine over wifi. This printer is a massive step up from what I'm used to - hence the 5 stars. But frankly it would get five stars for EERO compatibility anyway. I found setup really easy - the phone app was easy (I already had it but it found the new printer as soon as I connected to wifi). My windows 10 device discovered the printer - and automatically downloaded the driver. Did not need a single cable during the set up. I've had printer nightmates so I do have some troubleshooting skills - but didn't need them at all. Smooth and sweet and printing is way clearer and faster than my usual 50 quid specials - it's also quite an attractive and pro looking piece of kit.vI like the fact that it has a paper tray rather than a cheap vertical feeder - and I can see why some people are moaning about it - but I wouldn't call it flimsy - it's just more 'for the home market' on a device that is otherwise office quality. I've also used the document feeder for the scanner and it was great printing multiple docs into a pdf without swapping out a page at a time on scanner glass. No more cheap printers for me! And no more cheap paper - 120gsm!

Took ages to set up and goes through ink like ballyhoo. Wont accept replacement cartridges and if Amazon won't take it back its going down the tip!

I've been using HP printers for over thirty years and this is by far the worst.Difficult to set up, feels cheap and nasty and very temperamental.Very disappointed!

Feels very low quality, constant paper jams when printing double sided and also can't scan duplex using the document feeder which I need to do regularly. Normal scanning is slow. Hp support is possibly the worst ever. Literally 2 weeks to try and resolve issues before giving up. Wish I'd bought something else.

I bought this printer 2 days ago. First day was fine but from yesterday that sign (picture attached) is on the screen and it’s not connecting to WiFi at all. Very annoying. Can anyone help plz ?

Come sempre HP è una garanzia. E' un modello entry-level della linea da ufficio, ma funziona bene, le cartucce hanno una durata decente e la stampa è ottima.Il costo delle cartucce forse è troppo elevato, ma questo lo sapevo anche prima di acquistare il multifunzione, ed altri marchi comunque non fanno molto meglio, quindi nel complesso non penalizza la mia valutazione.Il software HP è fra i migliori, forse insieme a quello Brother.Rispetto ad altri marchi, un altro pianeta per funzionalità e semplicità d'uso.

Conforme à nos attentes . Aucuns soucis pour se connecter au pc , tablette et portable . Et très simple d’utilisation . Et concernant l’impression photo c’est top de très bonne qualité . Je recommande !!!!
