We own a small baking business. We "absolutely" love the AbsoluteBake Stainless Steel cooling racks. We now own three of them. My husband attended culinary school many years ago and really appreciates quality kitchen equipment and he only wants to use these racks! They are sturdy, easy to clean, and the cross pattern supports even small cookies and mini muffins. We were also impressed with the level of customer service. I received an email from one of the co-founders of the company making sure I had received the product and was happy with it. I am sure we will be replacing all of our cooling racks with these!

Build well and have bought 2 now, most recent was taller than the first one. Fits half pans nicely.

The rack I received was warped right out of the package. And since it is made of stainless steel, no amount of gentle twisting will flatten it out. This rack is great for the price but if small details bother you (like me) spend a little more and get something of higher quality

I bought this rack so I could cook hotwings on it. Having to deep fry wings at home can be a pain, so I looked for an alternative. This rack allowed me to cook the wings well and allowed them to get crispy on the outside. It was also very easy to clean. Glad I found this item. Will be ordering again so I can have two.

This rack is all stainless steel (not chromed), so I think it is potentially better for your health since some chromed steel does wear off, and those small amounts of chrome does get into your food source, and ultimately to your body. The construction is decent but not as heavy duty as I like. It does flop if you shake it and does clearly bend with little force - so, not heavy duty but acceptable for home use. I looked for made in USA rakcs like these but couldn't so I settled for this one since it had good reviews. Overall, I think for the price it is fine for a 12 x 17 rack.

Came broken, but seeing how I only needed it as a campfire grill, it's fine

Fits perfectly in half sheet pan. Sturdy construction and stays flat when heated. Used to cook bacon and it worked great. Perfect for reheating fried foods as they come out crispy without turning.
