A beautiful and ornate phone. I live in a Victorian property so this is being used for ornamental purposes and it doesn't disappoint. It looks high quality and very detailed. It's also very heavy. After weeks of deliberation and deciding to purchase I am not disappointed.

The media could not be loaded. I love the look and feel of this phone but I did almost send it back. As you will see from my video, the ringtone is awful!! I really wanted the phone to have a proper old fashioned bell ring to it. I decided to keep it, however, because I really didn't want the hassle if sending it back. It has the exact look that I wanted and I figured that I might never find a phone that has all the factors that I'm looking for.

The phoneline that was provided was not the correct one so the phone couldn't work. I'm still trying to get the issue resolved. Disappointing as it was bought as a present. I also wasn't as delighted with the look or feel of the phone as I was expecting and the receiver doesn't seem to fit very well and the first thing I noticed when the phone was taken out of the box was a worrying rattle but all that paled into insignificance when I realised it couldn't actually be plugged into a phoneline with what had been provided. Extremely disappointed.

The item came broken had to fix it with the glue

Love the look of this phone... The ring is loud, easy to use, value for money, goes very well in my victorian decor... Love it.. Has nice weight to it... So the phone doesn't get pulled along as you use it, would definatley reccomend it

It goes with my decor very well, when I wrote this I was happy but it only lasted 2 weeks ave never used it you couldn't pick the phone up with out knocking the reciever
