It’s not sold as a cure, the idea is that it’s less drying than usual soaps and shower gels etc, so on that basis it’s pretty good. It makes your skin feel nice and soft and smells ok, as a bloke I’d say it’s fairly neutral, it just makes you smell clean. It does help soften the skin making moisturising easier. I would say you don’t need to use too much, it seems to go quite far although it doesn’t lather up much like normal gels.
