I’ve been using this fiber supplement consistently and I’ve noticed a big difference in my digestion and overall gut health. It mixes well, tastes good, and helps keep everything regular without making me feel bloated. I also feel lighter and less uncomfortable throughout the day. Definitely a great addition to my daily routine and I would recommend it to anyone looking to improve their fiber intake naturally! Also when you add this mix to any liquid make sure you shake it and drink it right away before it turns into a thick paste!

First review: I'm still nee to this product and I will hopefully update my review throughout the weeks. First serving was taken this morning and i was a little caught off guard by the thickness so next time I will drink it right after I mix it instead letting it set. Either way to combat the thickness I just added 20 total ounces and that was enough to drink. Its not as bad as some say. In my opinion is not the worst thing I've ever had. Plus if your main argue point is taste then supplements will always be hit and miss for you. Get something that works for your body and stick with it. Will update date through out the weeks. New review: I'm back to order more because this stuff rocks. I never had the issue with it turning into Apple sauce after consistently adding 20z versus what it recommends per the label. I drink this with another product and it's by far the best combination of supplements and super tastey. I feel refreshed after drinking it each time and actually look forward to it.

I've tried all of the fiber supplements on the market. This is the best. Although it is basically the same ingredient as Metamucil, this formulation seems to be more effective then Metamucil. A bit more expensive but worth the money.

They are great

Previously have used this product in the mango and fruit punch flavor and it was fine, worked good and tasted ok but this last shipment of mango the flavor, color and effectiveness was off, it didn't even mix the same. I reached out directly to Species and waited, and waited for a reply. I did not ask for anything just wondering if the product changed or if I had gotten a bad batch. The product was sealed and not expired so I can only assume they had a change or have a quality control thing. I have canceled my subscription

This stuff works well & as it should. Flavor is a little woody/mushroomy & mangoey all at once! Lost a star for the packaging which is twice as big as it needs to be. Do better.

Great product, will never stop taking it for many reasons.

I starting training and changed my diet I lost the regularity of needing to go for a long time. So my trainer recommended this, He suggest to take it only at night right before bed and to stay hydrated. This did not work for me over night. I actually didn’t go for the next two days. Stomach cramps were noticeably but bearable accompanied by lots of gas! After the third day I finally went. And that day i went at-least six times. I noticed that stools looked hard at first then softened and changed slightly in color and smell, last couple of stool felt like Margaret butter very soft. (Too much info). Haha. I’ve never taken any fiber products so I think this one was doing a cleanse. My stool is now regular and I now go regularly about three times a day. I feel less bloated, more energy. The stomach cramps never really go away but it’s slight almost like a growl feeling. As for everyone who complained about the amount of product in the container , it weight is true, its servings is true. Just read the damn label! Mixing and drinking it is done quick! So if you let it sit it will start to solidify. Which for is a good indicator that it’s good stuff! I recommend it.
