Cadco OV-003 Quarter-Size Commercial Countertop Convection Oven, 3 Pan Capacity, Manual Time & Temp Controls, Stainless Steel, 18-7/8" Wide, 120V, NSF & UL Certified

Great Italian made oven. My previous Cadco 1/4 sheet pan oven served me flawlessly for 17 years. It still worked perfectly but just needed a new door seal. I gave it to a friend as I wanted to try the new model out. The new model OV-003 works as well as my old one, I just like the control knobs and the style of the new one a little better. It is easier to see the set time and temperature looking down on the knobs which is more convenient for me. The convection fan on the new oven is a bit stronger than on the old one which cooks some baked goods better and heats frozen dinners faster. I bought the XC065 plate for my oven that covers the fan vents some to reduce convection and it also works flawlessly. If you want a 1/4 sheet pan size convection oven that works flawlessly and can last you a lifetime, this one is highly recommended.

Have only been using it for a few weeks, but use it professionally and it works really well. Bakes evenly and quickly and love that it turns off automatically for when I am multi-tasking (which is often), so I don't have to worry about accidental over cooking. Only drawback is crumbs get stuck under the oven door, and it is difficult to clean out without removing the door. update: After 8 years, it stoped working. I tried calling customer service, but no response. I would consider buying another, but no longer free shipping to Hawaii.

Using this 3 level quarter sheet oven has been a time saver! It bakes everything evenly and definitely cuts down on the time needed when compared to a larger, traditional oven. It has been a work horse! I didn't want to review it until I was confident that it was exactly what I had hoped for... Actually, it has exceeded my expectations.

This oven cooks snacks perfectly. The fan is really noisy it sounds like the oven fan on full blast when it is cooking. Sometimes the light doesn't go off when it hits target temperature either. Other than that its the best toaster oven i have ever bought.

I use this oven in my small cafe and love everything about it except the 20 (!) loud beeps at the end of the cook cycle. User guide does not seem to show an option for turning the alarm off, so it is a bit crazy making if you use it often. Cooking is even and it warms quickly. Knobs are easy to use and adjust and materials are solid.

Oven size smaller than I would like, however, making adjustments. Still in early stages of testing various recipes and adjusting for time and temperature, but liking it so far. My Farberware, made in America, lasted 33 years. Hope this lasts at least half that time. Trusting my rating of 5 at present.

This oven is an additional that I needed for my restaurant. Great and reliable oven. I am displeased that has arrived with a dent! 5 stars for the overall performance of the oven, 3 stars is for the shipment.
