This is the only one that putting out it's promise, so far. Clarity is good, motorized zoom works great and all the functions. Believe it or not...so far the phone app is even working flawless! I was so tired of buying crappy security systems, that this was my last try before I gave up on them. I am so impressed with this system . Don't only down fall and this is only my opinion. This dome camera is super big. THE REMOTE PLAYBACK ALWAYS TIMES OUT AND YOU CANT GET THE PLAY BACK ON THE PHONE APP IT SAYS NO VIDEO FOR THIS TIME AND WITH THE COMPUTER PROGRAM EZSTATION ITS ALSO TIMING OUT NOT MENTION WHEN YOU TRY TO DO THIS STRAIGHT FROM THE NVR IT FREEZES AND LAGS JUST SWITCHING TO PAYBACK AND THEN IT SHOWS THAT THERE IS FOOTAGE BUT AGAIN IT TIMES OUT.
