OtterBox Symmetry Series Case for Samsung Galaxy Note10+ - Black

Product came in a timely manner. While product packaging was described as new but likely with packaging defects, the packaging came just fine. Minor dent. The box didn't look new but the product inside was completely new and without any defects. This was a great alternative to buying new at a much costly price. This was like $15 dollars cheaper and at the end it's fine because I don't care about the packaging, I just cared that the phone case was new. Great alternative! Go for it. (writing as if another me were considering buying) I took the risk but it paid off. BTW- I gave it a 1 star for scratch resistant because it really isn't. I had a coin in my pocket and forgot about it and put my phone and the case got minor scratching. It's fine though. I had bought this same Otterbox transparent case at T-mobile new for $60 bucks back when the phone was new and knew what to expect. Same thing happened with the other one and after 3 years it did look yellow. I swore never to buy it again but it's actually very good protection and slim plus the transparent is what I like and I think all brands have the yellowing issue so Otterbox is as good as it gets especially for just $15 bucks.

I loved my phone case but it was beaten up and definitely needed to retire. I wanted the same case for a reasonable amount of money. It also needed to stay on when I put my phone on to its charger at night, just like my old case did..This new case seems strong and snug. It also stays on when I put my phone on the charger at night. Very pleased and I love the colour. It feels more plastic than my first case but I am ok with that. Protect my phone, stay snug and last as long as you can. i have not had to test the scratch part or the durability since I just got it. It feels strong. i am keeping it.

These stardust cases are the best looking cases for aura glow note 10 plus. The only problem is they yellow after a while and start to separate. This case offers good protection because i have dropped my phone several times and have no damage to my phone. They were on sell recently so i bought two more.

I love this case so much! I have used it for over a year and just ordered my replacement. this case is super easy to use and is very protective except for the corner with the s pen. since samsung has created a curved screen, if dropped at a certain angle, it will chip. over the year, the rubber on the sides have turned from clear to yellowish to brown but I have exposed my phone to alot of dirt. as the case got older, some dirt had gotten stuck under the buttons and scratched my volume and power buttons. I added a pop socket to the back which has stuck wonderfully despite my constant messing with it. the hard plastic on the back makes this possible, though it does get scratched. however since the hard plastic is crystal clear and I have a white phone, I am unable to see the scratches unless held at an awkward angle. I highly suggest ordering this phone case if you like slim cases but need protection.

I went through a couple of other cases prior to this one, they were either non functional or didn't serve my needs well. Instead of shopping for discount cases I decided to spend a little extra and get a reputable brand. I wanted a clear case, but I also wanted to feel comfortable carrying my phone around without worrying about breaking it. I'm a bit of a clutz when it comes to my phone and drop it fairly frequently from various heights.I decided to go with the Ottorbox Symmetry. I was impressed when I first opened it. The case was fairly rigid unlike some of the more flexible clear cases. The cutouts seemed well done and I liked the simple look of the case. The case has a flexible edge on the bottom to make it easier to get the phone in and out of the case.Design: I slipped the case on fairly easily by insterting the top of the phone to the top edge of the case, then flexed the bottom of the case around the bottom of the phone. It slipped on easily and the case fit like a glove. I inspected all the cutouts and buttons, and everything seemed to be done very well. Also, this case fits the WhiteStone Dome Screen Protector, which was a big plus for me. After using for about a month, only a couple of things about the design actually bothered me. One was the cutouts for the S-Pen. I could access the pen just fine, but the cutouts has fairly sharp edges. When holding the phone in landscape mode for watching videos or playing games, the edge does have a small bite into your finger. I ended up adjusting my grip and it wasn't that big of an issue. The other thing was the raised edges. They were only on the top and bottom of the phone, which works well for falls, but not the most protective on the sides. This is likely on purpose to allow easy of access for edge functions, and not really a big issue for me, but I can see how this could be a potential problem for some people looking for more thorough protection.Durability: I mentioned above how I was a bit of a clutz. I've dropped my phone maybe 20 times already on various surfaces. Concrete, linoleum, carpet, wood. From heights usually about waist level (~3 Ft/1 m). The phone has remained pristine from all of the impacts, very well protected. The case itself has not shown any signs of cracking and is fairly durable in its own right. However, the one small gripe I have is the amount of scratches on the clear back. Now most of this is due to me usually only having 1 pocket in my work pants and sharing with my keys/wallet frequently. However, for the money I was expecting a little bit more scratch resistance than I got with this case. I did get a scratch on my dome glass screen protector, but that is also probably due to the shared pockets, not because of the design of the case.Overall: This is a great case, that is very sleek and provides very good protection. I was expecting a little bit more scratch resistance for the money, but my case has been through pretty rigorous scratch testing as it's my every day carry. For others who may be a bit more gentle with their device, this may not be as big of an issue. The case has protected my phone very well even through many accidental drops. The cutouts are mostly perfect aside from the S-Pen slot having a fairly sharp edge.Rating: 4.5 Stars

Otterbox never disappoints. I had my original case on the phone for 4 years. I dropped my phone many times, but Otterbox saved the day. I replaced the case after 4 years of wear and tear. Get an Otterbox. It's the best case on the market.

The case seems thinner than others I have used before however, it seems to work well. I am very pleased with the product.

About everything you could ask for in a durable case. Sturdy, well made with accurate and well responsive buttons and heavy! The S pen cut out is mediocre though and requires a lot of fiddling with medium/large fingers

AMAZING case had it before phone fits perfectly looking good love it I dropped it in cement and not a single crack on the back thank god!!

I always used the Defender case as I like the added protection and attached screen protector. I have this Symmetry in black but when I saw the pink I ordered it for another change plus easy to see in purse compared to the black case. More feminine too! Can't speak to either the durability or sturdiness as yet as this one I just received today with the Commuter. Just put the Commuter case on the cell ...will try this another day.
