It takes a while before you actually know if a product works. I took another brand of this product and liked it, this one was much less expensive, but doesn't seem quite as effective, However, for the price difference I'll settle for this one, with only a slight difference.

This product does not work. After taking this for a week, but skipping a dose now and then, and didn't lose a pound. consequently upped the dose to full strength and consequently gained 5 lbs without any diet or exercise changes. Save your money. Dr. Oz was wrong on this one.

I use Swanson vitamins and supplements daily and this product is the BEST on the market. Problem is that it is almost always on back order--as it is right now! I highly recommend to one and all.

Didn't see any results.
Disappointed that I didn't see any results from this product. I used it how I was supposed to with a balanced meal. Everyone's body is different though. Just because I had no results doesn't mean someone else won't.
