I bought this to display six service pins from my employer.The box, hinge and clasp are decent quality and seem pretty sturdy. The faux leather on the outside of the box looks really good.Inside the box, the pillow is white velvet on one side and black velvet on the other side.Be aware that the pillow fills the entire box from top to bottom, so anything you put in it is pressed against the glass. This may be fine for loose items but for my service pins, which are stuck into the pillow, I'd have preferred a little gap between the velvet and the glass. There is a piece of cardboard on the bottom of the box and I removed it to try to make a tad bit more room. Turns out the cardboard was glued in and it's removal doesn't seem to have helped.My biggest source of disappointment was the glass. There is a mottled fogginess that I cannot get to come off. I tried damp towel, anti-static cloth, microfiber cloth and Windex on a paper towel and nothing could remove it. Looking straight on at a bit of a distance it looks fine, but on closer inspection or if the light hits it just wrong, it looks a kind of tacky.Still, the size is just right for my purposes and it looks good from most angles. I may end up replacing it down the road but it'll do for now.

This world have been better if it hadn't been one big piece of foam but instead adjustable foam.

I got it to hold loose saphires and it does that perfectly.

The box looks decent for its purposes. However, the product i received was missing the white velvet backing to the cushioned pad. I needed the white velvet to highlight the gemstones that are lighter in colour. Otherwise, value is not bad for what you order.

I have bought 4 and plan to pick up another. Amazing quality for a very low price.
