The level 1 explains how the slide of springs work and the workout is very good. The product is very sturdy. The instructions are good, however, it doesn't come with basic exercises. States it comes with 2 videos, however, Stamina is not honoring the codes. If you are not familiar with chair exercise, I would think twice prior to purchasing.

A: Best and sturdiest machine I've ever purchased.  No the springs are super resilient.  My husband and I both work out on the chair.  You're going to love the versatility of it!  Great value for the money.  Very strong and sturdy!!

THE WUNDA CHAIR IS NOT FOR BEGINNERS. If you aren't familiar with the chair, take a few private lessons with a professional first. This is a sturdy chair and I'm excited to have it in my studio. It shipped quickly and was well packaged. Assembly took about 30min but the directions were clear. One error at the end, you should be using the button head bolts to attach the foot pad brackets, and the countersink bolts to attach the pad. That will make a difference. Only time will tell if the springs hold up as well as my Balanced Body chair. The vinyl and platforms are pretty cheap and will wear out with frequent use. The foot pedals are small and round, and not comfortable on the feet (unusable if you have Morton's neuroma or foot pain). Otherwise this is a nice quality chair and I am happy to have my clients work on it.
