It's an amazing product. It's been 8 months now when I started taking it. But, the results are great. It'll not suddenly solve everything, but it's working really well for me. It's really very helpful for those who are having PCOD, acne, insulin resistance, etc. Only in a month or 2 you'll see the difference in your condition girls. Go for it, and stop taking your pills etc.

I have used inotsitol before so I am no newbie.I wanted something effective and affordable and this product delivers it. It's been a little over 2 weeks since I have been using it and I am feeling a lot less tired.Bought it for my pcos and though it's too early to say about what's it doing for my acnes ,it certainly helps in keeping me energized. Would definitely buy it again.

I can feel a little difference in my food intake as previously I ate more than in between meals but now I feel less hungry and take my meals accordingly.It has been few days so I cannot tell what other differences it is yet to bring. The only thing I disliked was the spoon given with it ..too small to be seen and transparent that it hides in the powder so if it is possible increase the length of the spoon for a comfortable scoop.

16/8/2021: A white water-soluble powder, the 400gms jar will last for more than 3 months with 2gm twice a day (4g/day) dosage. For 900 bucks (give or take a few) that's quite a good quantity. I used to be on Ovahope last year for 7 months but it is costlier although with other synergistic compounds. Starting this now as I am already on a multivitamin. Will update after 2-3 months of usage. One suggestion to the manufacturer: please provide a spoon with longer handle and a different colour other than white. The spoon given in the jar is transparent and tiny-handled. It can't be seen quickly and sometimes I have to dig through the content to find it. That is unhygienic as it has to last for 3 months. This is really important.

Ok supplement , taste a bit different from imported brand inositols i used, but still kind of good Update after use :- not as effective as some other brands , looks like they have mixed some useless ingredients.

Received neatly packed item. I hope it will solve my no period thing ..I have done a research for nearly 2 yrs before consuming Myo inositol.. will write a follow up review after consuming this product.
