Where can i find the safety data sheet for this product?

I don’t think I received one but there should be information on the website of this product and there is some information on the bottles of epoxy resin

The ink sits on top of resin and doesn't disperse when dripped in, it just sits there. What am i doing wrong, does it need to be diluted?

I use a cocktail stick dipped into the ink and then stir into the resin. I stir until I get the effect I want.
