This is my third electric pressure cooker and I wish I had found it first. My first pot was 6qt and I really did like it but I recieved an IP duo so I gave my original to a friend. I didn't like IP at all, it was always saying burn and it became just frustrating mess so I quit using it at all. Then I found this pot,much larger at 9.5 qts but that just means I can prepare larger meals. This pot is just fantastic,very simple to use,plenty of presets that are easy to adjust if needed, it even came with an egg holder to make that simple too. This is large so be prepared, I thought I'd be storing it and dragging out just when needed but I've found that I'm using it enough to justify the counter space. I highly recommend the cooker, if it seems too large they make an 8 qts model too.

I have had this for several months and use it frequently, I absolutely love it. Pros - High capacity, perfect for large family gatherings or, in my case, enough for a large family. It is easy to use, the instruction guide is clear and easy to follow. It is easy to clean, and while it says you can wash it in the dishwasher, I always hand wash mine just to protect the coating. I only use softer sponges and avoid abraisive scrubbing surfaces just out of habit with such devices. Con - Not really a con, such high capacity is obviously going to be large but it is large. I do not keep it on the counter, it has a place in storage when not in use. You do need to have a space to use it that will allow for its size, though, and if your kitchen is very tight or lacking in counterspace, this could be an issue for you.It does not detract from my enjoyment at all as I expected large size.

Go wise Had the unit 6 months. Worked great. Then, The unit lights up and I can select all options. The unit keeps flashing but never heats up. I returned unit to GoWise. They couldn’t fix it. They offered a replacement. But not a pressure cooker. They have no pressure cookers in stock at gowise. They are also out of stock on gowise air fry ovens. How can a manufacturer survive without these two types of units in stock. Maybe it’s a predictor I already have an 8qt air fryer. The only replacements offered were small Airfry units(2-4qts), meat grinder or smokeless grill I don’t need a second air fryer. They did not offer refund. I choose smokeless grill which I don’t really need when the air fryer cooks steaks to perfection. I ordered an Instant Pot Rio wide 7.5qt $119.00 So I’m out $89 cost of GoWise product And have a product I don’t need. Will never ever order a GoWise product again.

This is the best pressure cooker. I love the oval shape and the large size. Fixed a roast, carrots, potatoes and corn on the cob. Best corn on the cob, so flavorful and scrumptious. I can't wait to try my ribs in it! Very, very pleased with this product. UPDATE- Now had for 1 year and getting ready to buy another 1. It's easy to use, great value- the only thing I don't like- the lid is not that easy to clean, the smell stays in the silicone ring. Still a great product!!

It is exceptionally hard to find an oval pressure cooker and this fits the bill. I had another brand for years and was not able to replace it. You can fit more in without having to cut everything small (ex. a whole chicken or roast) or make a big batch of soup or stew. A little learning curve on sealing it but it works well and is much safer than the pressure cookers of old.

I had a different brand for almost 5 years and wore it out. Really researched before purchasing this one. Very impressed. Size is wonderful, really large and deep. Have pressure cooked beef roast and veggies--turned out wonderful. Have made hard boiled eggs perfectly. Made large batch of soup--yummy. Used pressure canning feature and canned several pints of tomatoes. So far, it has 4 more features than my old one. I'm really pleased with the features, function and capacity of what I've tested out so far. Think this is going to be a happy keeper!

We bought this electric pressure cooker 1 year ago. The first one to arrive was deformed and off balance, they would not refund us our money and have us send it back. Instead they had us a take a picture of the pressure cooker defect and the cord being cut then sent us a new one. That one just died this week. It will not work at all. I have followed the manufacturers directions to the 'T' and washed and cared for it meticulously. It will come on but it will not sautee nor perform any function. I am livid. I didn't want this appliance after the first one arrived but with how expensive it is and how they refused to refund me the money and demanded we exchange it for a functioning one I was left without a choice. Well. This one doesn't function either and I want my money back and I want to back over this crockpot with a truck over and over. DO NOT BUY.
