Deciding to buy or not? Must read!
Later in life I found out I have an egg allergy so trying to find something that would taste similar is very difficult. You do have to season them but the texture is very similar. It’s 1 tbsp to 1/4 cup water/ milk to make one egg! This is my second shipment. I even shared with a couple friends who eat eggs and they are going to purchase also! I hope this helps those who are deciding to buy or not to buy! I would buy!

Fake, bland and salty
I’d like to give Eco-Cuisine Vegan Egg Style Quick Mix a good review but I can’t. Because the primary vegan egg, Just Egg costs 3x the cost of real egg the only advantage of this is the cost. In theory egg substitute ought to cost less than real egg. The worst thing is that it is a bunch of chemicals for thickening. The artificialiality does not sit well because it causes cramps. The instructions should increase the amount of water because the thickness won’t allow it to cook thoroughly. I added twice the water so it can flow. The taste is bland and it is way over salted. For those who choose to tolerate it, here is a way to give it taste, add onion powder and nutritional yeast.

If you add chickpea flour to this you have the powdered JUST EGG concentrate bulk equivalent!
I bought this after trying vegan tofu scrambles and just egg, and I have to say JUST EGG tastes better and this tastes like the texture of mucus, HOWEVER, when you add chickpea flour in a 1:1 ratio with the quick scramble powder, the gummy snot texture firms up and is dilluted with neutral flour, and ITS JUST RIGHT compared to just egg. I used to hate staring at the surplus I have of it knowing it always tasted too salty, runny, and booger-y, but when you add that chickpea flour, it FIXES ALL THE ISSUES!

Pretty nice flavor and arrived early.
These are actually pretty good. I wasn’t sure what to expect but they have a nice flavor. 2 tablespoons and some water makes about two scrambled eggs. You get several pouches, so if you’re only making a bit at a time, I’d imagine this egg mix would go a long way for a long while. I also received this package a bit early. I’m happy with the purchase.
S**!
THIS product is not for me taste wise no bueno 😜!!!!
I know it's not real egg, but the taste sucks why do you expect for a vegetarian stand point !! Sucks to be allergic to real eggs !! The alternative is THIS and it really sucks 😔 I didn't like it at all !! But definitely buy and try it your self !! This is just my opinion may help others whom may like it who knows

Best in Frittata
With enough homemade nutcheese, a 1" thick sheet pan frittata loaded with herbs was quite passable.Would not foist a scramble, however, onto omnis.

There are better substitutes than this
Being a vegetarian I thought this would be perfect but the product lacks any taste!
