I was excited to find this fermented white cabbage juice as a healthy probiotic. However, when I received the bottle, I saw that it has been pasteurized "for my safety." So all of the good microbes that were in the fermentation have been killed, removing any benefits of a probiotic. This was not communicated in the advertisement. AND it is not a returnable item, so I wasted my money...
