Gives a great workout !
Received completely intact, which seems to be a hard thing to do these days. Took about 1 1/2 to 2 hours for assembly and moving into the correct place. It is heavy and sturdy. It is a bit noisy when I walk on it but I usually listen to music or books on tape while I am walking, so not much of an issue for me. The belt has been slipping side to side but is easy to walk it back where it needs to be and I haven’t tried to adjust it yet, so obviously it hasn’t been that irritating to me. After 2 years of COVID working from my desk at home, the first time I got on this baby it kicked my a**. After 3 min 40 seconds I was huffing and puffing like I was running miles. Thankfully after about 3 weeks I am now doing 15 minutes at a time, several times s day. Great breaks from work and a total sedentary work life. I like that it is not electric and any movement of this is from muscle building and power. I used to have a manual Nordic Trac and I loved it, but this one is awesome for the price and does the same job as the super expensive models. Definitely a game changer for me!

The hardest part is my motivation
Good news. First, I received my Sunny Health & Fitness Manual Treadmill one day earlier than quoted. Yes, the product is heavy but I myself was able to drag the box from my front porch, through the house, down a few steps and out to the backyard. I picked a spot and started to assemble. I am a visual person so I used the pictures more than the written instruction to help me out. I was able to put everything together on my own within an hour. I made sure to look over the safety and care tips listed for this machine. I found it to be sturdy when I walked and did sprints here and there. Most of the treadmills I looked at were advertised for walking, but I wanted something more diverse. I believe I found it. Pros: easy to order, quick shipment, simple to assemble and made for my speed/capabilities. Cons: does not come w/a tracker to monitor your speed or miles and the cost was a little more than I wanted to spend. (Thank you Affirm) Note: Although I could run around the block or drive to the nearest park, this purchase gives me a sense of safety. I don't have to worry about it being too early or too late for me to enjoy a jog to clear my head. This manual treadmill allows me to be natural verses programed. I hope this helps anyone looking for ideas on manual treadmills...especially with this Sunny Health & Fitness Manual Treadmill.

I love this hardcore training machine
I upgraded from an inexpensive non-motorized friction treadmill to this modestly priced hard-core training machine. It has what I think is important and I didn't need to spend money on what I don't think is important (of course everyone's taste is different). I didn't think I needed an adjustable incline so I bought the less expensive model. If you bought the adjustable incline model remember, counterintuitively, the higher the incline, the easier it is to push the belt, sure you have to lift your leg higher but you use more body-weight to move the belt because you're more vertical. The other feature of adjustable resistance comes in handy as your legs strengthen, which will happen.I decided to save three hundred dollars and forego the digital displays. I'm listening to my body.I'm 70 and mostly walk, but I can run and hold the rails for safety. This is a heavy-duty machine with heavy fly-wheels for a smooth belt movement. Your legs will strengthen with use. I started at level one last week and clicked it to four already. This machine can accommodate hard-core athletes and seniors alike, as another reviewer said.If the belt won't stay centered (as long as it doesn't rub the side you're OK), you'll need to tighten both sides at least one full turn. After that, use quarter-turns to fine-tune the adjustment per the instructions.I bought a lubricant with a 6-7 inch applicator tube so I don't have to loosen the belt to lubricate it.I am very pleased with this tremendously useful product. Good health.

Easy to assemble, put away, and use
I have been searching for a treadmill for over a year now and I decided to purchase this one solely based on the reviews alone which is why I'm writing a review. First, pay the extra money and have the delivery guys deliver it wherever you are going to put it. The box it comes in is HEAVY. If I hadn't paid the extra money, I don't know if I would've been able to get it where I needed it. Also, the shipping box is VERY well made. They made sure the machine wouldn't get damaged in transit. Very impressed with this company.Second, it is sort of challenging to get the treadmill off the bottom of the shipping box. If you have plenty of upper body strength then this will probably not be an issue for you, but if you are a woman (as I am) you may have some issues. To get it off, place your foot on the cardboard then start rocking the treadmill back and forth to move it to one side as you use your foot to slide the cardboard out the other side. It takes a couple of tries but eventually it comes out. Then you can slide the treadmill to where you want it. The next challenge is what to do with all this freaking cardboard. LOL Thank god I have a recycling center 8 minutes from my house. As for the treadmill itself, it was very easy to "assemble" and get set up. I say "assemble" because all you need to do is screw in one piece and put the batteries in the console. That's it. It's amazing! I (of course) jumped right on and started walking and was soon gasping for air. I know I'm out of shape but damn! Turns out I had the incline all the way down. So you'll want to adjust that too (if you purchased the one with incline). The console stuff seems to work sort of okay. No real bells or whistles there. Very basic. I did notice that my distance seems to change oddly. Sometimes it will 1.0 mile then the next time it cycles around it will have decreased down to 0.9 miles. Not sure how I went backward. I use a workout app for that stuff anyway so I'm not too concerned but if you rely on that you might have trouble there.Overall, it is a great machine, especially for the money. I was a little concerned about it being magnetic. I've never used a machine like this but I actually like it. Once I adjusted the incline, I found I had to work a little harder to get the belt to move. Not necessarily a bad thing. I AM here to work out. Not stroll in the park looking at flowers. If given the chance to buy it again, I definitely would buy it again and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a treadmill.

Read the manual! Will need adjustments
Okay there are many reviews that talk to the belt sliding. There are clear instructions on what you need to do to resolve. Mine was frustrating at first then after doing my research I finally understand what needed to be done. Lubricant is also key! I am happy with my purchase. Does not take long to make a impact! Great workout

Not bad
no issues with setting it up and using it the first time, it's quite loud which surprises me since it doesn't have a motor. also the resistance isn't as good as I thought, I don't find much of a difference from level 1-16 so kind of disappointed with that. Overall for the price it does what it is supposed to but if you had more money to spend I would get something better. It works and doesn't take much space so all good I guess

No Warranty outside the usa
Buyer beware. First time I have bought something like this on Amazon.CA so it became a learning experience for me. One star for an admittedly great 5-star product because of unstated no Warranty on this sale page. Product is from California, usa. Do not think the comment section on this page of great no-hassle SunnyFitness Warranty service for a delivered Treadmill with broken parts is offered outside the united states. As of my purchase date, no where on this Amazon.CA page does it state that SunnyFitness does NOT honour its Warranty outside the united states. Somewhat my fault, I know, for not going to SunnyFitness' website to check first. I foolishly believed the multitude of comments meant a Warranty in Canada. If you want a Warranty in Canada you HAVE to purchase the third-party Insurance company Protection Plan or end up returning this (if broken) to Amazon.CA under their limited-time policy. Remember too, it is a BIG 126lbs 3-part box that NEEDS shipping straps. Amazon.CA should have been responsible enough to state "no SunnyFitness Warranty applies outside the United States for broken parts" on their sale page. Also beware!! This Treadmill arrived with a broken part to me in Canada. Thankfully it was minor and the Treadmill is still usable. After contacting SunnyFitness for a replacement like all other people in the comment section, and telling SunnyFitness I lived in Canada on the Support Form I filled out on their website, they replied asking me for the Amazon.CA Invoice and to confirm address information I already sent (and damage photos) needed to provide Warranty service. I thought, "Great, I am going to get service". But after sending the Invoice and other information, their reply was simply that the Warranty is not honoured outside the united states (this is when I learned about this). I told them at the beginning I lived in Canada. Why did they still want the Invoice then? I mention this because after going to their website I found a link at the bottom of their website about requesting "Do not sell my personal information". I hope my Invoice financial information does not get sold now on top of everything else.

Excelente
Excelente caminadora, quizás lo único complicado que tiene es el ajuste de la banda pero una vez resuelto el problema vale la pena totalmente.
