The jig is very simple and comes ready to use out of the box. In my case one of the fasteners was missing which was simple to work around with a cable tie. My big problem is that it is not lined up correctly, had to bend it a bit to make it usable and even at that it's still not 100%. All that being said, it's a cheap fletching jig and I will get good use out it with my few minor modifications. I have completed my first (ever) 6 arrows today within a half hour and am very happy with the results.My advise is to buy a branded jig if you want to make a lot of arrows hassle free to precision quality.This jig is fairly workable for small scale/repairs if you don't mind having to tweak it.

Bought this jig but very poor quality material the unit was packed very poorly and the end adjusting know was broken

Impossible to get any kind of accuracy with this thing
