Salon Home Professional Hair Steamer and Conditioning Machine with Rolling Floor Stand

I was told about this seller from my niece. I got the item, clean it off as it a bit dusty. Tested the item as it informed you and everything works. I was so impressed I purchased one for my niece.. However when my niece decided to use her it kept turning on and off and then it didn't turn off. Not mentioned in the instruction manual, in order to get the device to work, the water needs to be a maximum level for the streamer to work. Luckily my niece's friend Google the streamer and found those instructions otherwise I would have returned the item as faulty and requested my money. Which I did and then cancelled. So far it really good. Ps do not boil the vinegar to clean the device, let it soak overnight in the vinegar, read manual for that.

The hair steamer is good in terms of the two heat settings that you can choose from and easy enough assembling of the product (if you follow the diagrams and not the written "english" in the instructions manual). HOWEVER... Massively disappointed when it comes to the steamer hood staying in an upright position unaided; what a curfuffle! NB: You need to have the chair that you are sitting on pumped up high in order to keep the steamer hood in a 180 degree angle. In addition, waste water and waste oil collection pot collects the waste residue ok but when it gets full, instead of being able to easily undo the lid attached, the whole waste pot needs disconnecting which is rather annoying, quite messy and is not what is supposed to happen. Overall, not good value for money and to be honest I would have sent it back if it wasn't a hassle in doing so!!! Five months down the line, the steamer keeps cutting out (electrical default with the product). DO NOT BUY THIS STEAMER! To add to the above, today 06/04/2021 it has conked out altogether. So I have had the steamer a total of one year and three months. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!!

Very good for home use, but be careful as it can get very hot and when the steam drops it can scald. I completely wrap myself in towel protecting my neck and forehead. Overall I’m very pleased as it was inexpensive compared to others. You do need to use distilled water only and wash out water holder weekly with distilled vinegar.

It works and does the job. Was a little sceptical after reading previous reviews. It’s not a premium product but it gets the done-saves money.

The steamer arrived was excited unfortunately after not more then 3 used the plastic cap what i felt dropped off one day when i was using it .. i thought it was my fault for not putting it on properly. so the next time i used it i made sure that i put it on correctly but yes it blow of all over the floor and carpet hot water went everywhere .. its a shame maybe it was the one that i brought but to scared to repurchase

It does the job. The head kept on dropping so I had to use something to prop it up. I think there was something missing from the filter because the water kept on dripping out from somewhere. It’s basically a makeshift hair steamer. It’s not worth the price. Shouldn’t be no more than £50

Hello I bought this item around the 22nd of November 2019 and now it is not working I used it maybe twice since I got it and it does not work at all , the heater in my eyes is broken or burned out and what am I meant to do with this now, can I get my money back or get q new one send out please let me know thank you.
