It's a very good phone for everything else
It's a great home for gaming but battery very good pretty good but since I bought it assist stuck on Android 9 would I recommend this phone to anyone else no because it's stuck on Android 9 and hasn't updated that very much sense because my care are very lazy on that because the only thing to give a hoot about the new phones they have but not the old phone this one

Great alternative to Rog 2 but some drawbacks due to accessories and their design.
I like this phone alot but some drawbacks due to accessories and their design. Cheaper than a Rog 2 and great value. If you can afford the Rog get the Rog 2! If you can't it's still a great gaming phone and will get the job done. Here's some bits you can brag about in the pros. Pros - 90hz nice but rog 2 is 120hz - three gaming buttons! - switch for gaming mode - fast as expected - fan. I get 38.2c with it on and 42c off in a 22degree room. Pubg set at full running for 30mins - smooth gaming experience - Seems to outperform the Rog 2 on latest antutu. (mine to outscore my two mates 1tb Rog 2s) Real world hardly anything in it though. - 40ms touch screen response vs rog 2s 49ms (factory quoted) - 32bit/384hz vs rog 2 24bit/192khz - Pro handle dinky. Nice and compact to carry in your pocket. Works great with pubg for lunch break plays. Kunais look awesome tho, but can you put it in your pocket? - 5000Mah Battery is very good for normal use, but for me 3.5h of pubg drained 45%. Rog 2 6000Mah! - Cons For me it's mostly with the sound. - No aptx support in stock form for my Bluetooth headphones (very big minus). It supports AAC tho, fine for music but Pubg sound on Bluetooth is laggy other wise. Maybe an external dac might fix this. - So use the headphone socket? Can't use headphone socket with Pro handle :( - So use the Magic Adaptor! No, can't use the Pro handle with the magic adaptor cos you need the case to hold the Pro handle and the magic adaptor won't fit around the case. Lol - Well at least you have stereo speakers. But the left side is quieter than the right by design :( I have the 12gb version but my average memory use is 4.8gb. Maybe the 8gb version is worth considering for now if you plan on changing your phone in the next two years. There will always be a better phone every year after all. I still like it for the price. I don't think much about what it is, I just play.
