Are these adult sizes? I’m wanting to get it for my 22 year old boyfriend

Yes. I got a size 11 for myself (I wear 10.5 in Adidas and 11-11.5 in Nike)

would these fit a size 8.5 in women’s?

Yep! I’m a 9 and they’re a bit snug but work for me so they’d work for you even better. Look cool too

Do they make heelys for wide feet? Im a 10.5 wide so...what size should I buy?

I think the 11s would fit. My son wears a 10.5 and we got an 11. They are pretty big and wide.
