There was absolutely no mention of this in the product description and my kids were very upset that we had to send it back. I hadn't read reviews, cause it was Pooh movies. Why would they sell DVDs in a region were they can't be played? That's low, these movies are hard to find. I was even patient and never got angry about the long delivery time BUT then it came all of the DVDs failed to play. Upon further inspection its because it's a EUROPEAN product and does not even play on DVDs in the states unless you have some high dollar setup! NOW I have to spend MY MONEY TO MAIL IT BACK TO EUROPE to even get a refund! ABSOLUTELY WORTHLESS!
