I was skeptical about before I bought it, but it really works. I wanted it to reach inside my dryer vent area. It fits and it’s suction power got much more than I expected. I used it alongside the couch cushions. Oh my, shocked how much it got. I would recommend this. Worth the price. Only drawback it is a bit glunsy unless held in position, but needs to be flexible.🙂

First off, this is NOT an official dyson product. It does not have the hard plastics and metal that dyson has. With that being said it DOES fit the V11 torque and did what I expected. For $13 and it to only be needed for crevices and to clean a dryer trap, it works great. Sooo much better than the lint lizard since it actually clicked into the Dyson. I definitely recommend it.

Overall 4 stars just because it did get the job done but it clearly is not as well made as any original Dyson attachments. The first package arrived with a missing red button release. Second one arrived fine but again I don’t think this will last too long if not careful.

This attachment is shipped bent in half in an envelope. It never fully returns to a proper shape. Even after following the instructions to put it in hot water, bend it back, put something heavy on it to straighten it, etc, it never actually goes straight every again. And the pictures of it bending in an S shape are ridiculous, the actual item is not nearly as flexible and will not work. It broken after less than 30 days, anyway while being bent - the part where it meets the clip that attaches to the vacuum sheared straight off.

fits great on the dyson. The adapter makes the attachment versatile. The tube is not very flexible, it straightens but its a stiff material. Unfortunately the curve shown in the image is also how it comes in its package and it distorts the tube a bit at the peak of the curve radius causing the tube to narrow and retain that form and narrowness even when extended. Once I got the shape in the tube worked out the suction got much better. The slight curve in the tube actually helps get further through the curvature of my dryer vent path.

I read reviewers whom have had issues with this but I have to disagree. The two components attached to each other and then are attached to the Dyson end of the portable vacuum. The part works great. Feels well made and does what it is intended to do. I purchased the component to add it to my other Dyson accessories. The part now allows me to suction up between my range and kitchen cabinets and inside the dryer lint vent. Its a perfect addition and I am very pleased with my purchase.

It works to a point but could use some improvement. There are three parts, the nozzle, the tube and the connection to your hose. A large chunk of dryer lint can easily enter the nozzle and the tube, but can get stuck exiting the tube. They need to make the nozzle smaller than the tube to help with airflow and reduce clogging. Will try to fix it myself by reducing the cross-section of the nozzle.

I got a new dryer last year, with the lint trap by the door instead of being on top of the dryer. The pull out lint trap is smaller and full with each cycle, and many times I have pulled it out with what is obviously lint left behind. I know one of the most common causes of house fires is your dryer (yes, Google it), so seeing lint that I couldn't reach was very disturbing. I first tried using a metal coat hanger, then tried to use the crevice attachment for my vacuum. Neither seemed effective, so when I saw this longer attachment with a flexible hose, I was giddy with excitement (because doesn't everyone love obsessing over dryer lint??). It did not disappointment me!! Obviously you have to have the correctly paired Dyson vacuum first, but I was very pleased with the attachment, and on my first use, I was able to remove an alarming amount of dryer lint. Definitely recommended.

Bought to vacuum the dog hair from down the side of the car seats. Regular vacuum crevice tools are not long enough, skinny enough or flexible enough. Works great for this purpose.

Perfect for the car, getting in those tight spots down beside the car seats and in corners.

Didn’t fit

Did not fit Dyson V7 - the adapter got stuck locked in and needed extra effort to pull our nearly ruined my Dyson stick vacuum 😢

Bought it mainly for the connector piece so I can use my older dyson parts with my new battery operated Dyson V10 Animal+ Vacuum Cleaner which the red end fits into . Works good. The long part of the package deal works good for your dryer machine.
