Best usb jump drive
High quality, very durable, waterproof and dust proof, easy to use and transfer and fast. Great value and perfect for my field of work. More than enough storage capacity!

Excellent USB stick!
I’m enjoying this line of USB sticks from Corsair as I have different sizes, basically increasing as my portable storage needs increase. This model is no different in that the build it’s sealed where you could submerse this and not worry about it getting exposed to the water. I’ve seen online tests where people have buried it and froze it and it’s come back usable every time. The only thing I haven’t tried is literal trial by fire and trying to see if it would survive one. While they’ve shown tests of it being run over by a car, I haven’t done that but I have accidentally dropped about 40 lbs on it and no physical damage to the casing and the stick itself still works great. As far as transfer rates, unless you’re counting seconds or even milliseconds, it’s relatively fast under USB 2.0 and on a 3.0 port extremely fast. If you’re looking for something with a lot of portable storage space and is durable at the same time, this is worth considering. Highly recommended.

Durable USB drive
Great product. I the usb use for data, I encrypted first. The second usb drive is for IT tools. Both are in my vehicle.

Works for me.
I have 8 of these units in service now, anywhere from 16 Gig to 128 Gig, with one rubber casing, and the other 7 in the "Survivor" tubes. They are doing laptop backup, home and car audio, amateur radio work, riding in my pocket on the choppers, etc. And I have yet to lose so much as one binary bit of data. Lessons learned over 5 years: The first (16 Gig) rubber casing unit I bought did have the casing pull off after about 8 months. Super glue in the casing (at a static station) restored it with no data lost. That drove me to the Survivor series. Do glue the black rubber rings to the ends of the tubes unless your in really tight quarters for fit. You do NOT want to see what happens when one of those rings gets down a running garbage disposal. I have had no trouble with data integrity on Windows, Linux, Mac, or our own proprietary operating systems. I have had a 64 Gig survivor spend around 20 minutes under 18 feet of water, and go like a scalded cat error free once it was given 5 minutes in front of a hot (hair) blow dryer. Also, I did have a 32 Gig Survivor trip an alert on a security scanner one time at the airport (in Canada). But we could not get the problem to repeat itself on any other scanner at that airport, or any other airport after about 45 tries to duplicate the problem. I even contacted Corsair, and up until that time anyway, I was the only one to report the "false alarm" to them. It's probably about 3 more weeks until my files will dictate another unit, at which point I'll pick up a 256 Gig Survivor. Also of note, the newest 128 Gig unit I bought is about .25 inch shorter than the earlier Survivors. It makes for an easier ride through the day in your pocket for some reason. 5 stars for the Survivors from my perspective.

Rugged and reliable, with a couple design quirks
I really like this flash drive overall. It feels very solid and rugged, and performance has been reliable for everyday use and file transfers. It’s clearly built to handle more abuse than a standard USB drive. My main gripe is the lanyard attachment point — I wish it were on the protective case instead of the drive itself. It would make more sense from a durability and convenience standpoint. Another minor issue is that with slimmer laptops, the weight and length of the drive can cause the end to tip upward slightly while plugged in, which isn’t ideal but hasn’t caused functional problems so far. Overall, it’s a great flash drive if you want something tough and dependable. Just be aware of those small design trade-offs.

Absolutely bulletproof file protection
After having been through a 6.9 earthquake and then years later living through the deadliest wildfire in California, I am pretty picky about what ear to buy. I needed something that would endure anything I throw at it, and still keep my data safe. I searched for quite awhile, and finally this popped up. It is perfect, and since I have built a couple computers with corsair products, I figured I couldn't lose. I was very pleasantly surprised on just how tough this thing is. As an added not, you can either wrap it in foil, or throw it in a dark bag to make it EMP proof as well. I highly recommend it for anyone needing to build a bulletproof back up system to all their files.

Awesome! Product

Once single file exceeds aroud 5GB, transfer speed would drop from 150-180m/s to 10-20m/s, which is kind of weird.

I bought the 3.0 one back in 2013, and it has been run over and dropped quite a few times. Has not failed to this day. I needed a rugged USB for a client and knew exactly what to pick. Top quality.

Awesome, this is my second one. Only updating because first one is several years old now and I want to secure my data. Retiring and re-purposing old one to a back up device now.

Realmente um pen drive para aplicações profissionais, Resistente, seguro, com uma cápsula metálica que o fará resistir as piores intempéries que você consiga imaginar. O preço é elevadíssimo, a entrega é proporcional.
