This chair arrived timely. It is the color and size advertised. It is very compact and perfect for a small space!However, it arrives with a horrendous smell. I kept it outside to air out for a night. that didn't help. I used a bottle of fabric freshener, that didn't help. after two weeks out in the open, the small has reduced to almost unnoticeable.

Got what I expected for the money. Needed a smaller chair for current living area and size is right. Find it moderately comfortable. Two people in two hundred weight area found it to be a good fit. Not as roomy or soft comfort of a overstuffed chair but okay for me.Pleased with the color and texture of the fabric. Impressed with the ease of getting in and out of this chair. The foot rest glides down smoothly with a light touch of leg pressure.Assembly easy, had a minor problem with one leg socket covered with fabric and glue. Just a little knife cut took care of it and leg screwed right on.Delivery time was excellent. Received with in three days of placing order.Overall satisfied with this product.

These chairs are exactly as described but there are a couple of things to know about them. The fabric is a very loose knit and it is easily snagged and pulled. Fabric does not seem very durable and I am not sure how long it will last. On a mechanical note, a couple of the chairs I purchased do not stay reclined easily. I can feel them "locking" into place but the detent on them does not maintain position and the slightest movement will cause them to sit back upright. I'm not sure if that can be adjusted. They are what they are and we will use them for a while until we can find a better chair that will fit in the small space we have available and meet our budget.

I needed a chair that would fit in a small area. I also needed to sit with my feet elevated. This one fit the bill at a cost I could afford. It's not beautiful, but I didn't need that. And I couldn't afford that. This chair came very quickly, was very easy to put together AND I can move it across the carpet if I have to. I'm in my seventies so this is important to me. If I outlive this chair, I'll buy another.

The chairs (bought 2) are small and hard, but mine was okay for sitting. My daughters broke within a week, the bottom collapsed. I have asked for a replacement as it can’t be fixed and will follow up if they replace it. She is only 125 lbs. There is a broken piece of wood. I have written and sent pictures twice and they ignored me.EDIT>. The seller replaced the broken chair and we appreciate it. The replacement seems fine.

My chair arrived a few days early. Assembly was really easy, slip back into slots, Velcro bottom, screw in feet. One foot was cracked / split. I contacted the seller, and got a response the next day, and there was absolutely no problem with getting the foot replaced and they would send a set of 4. Do note the dimensions of the chair and measure them against another piece of furniture you have at home - this is a very small recliner. I'm 5' 3' 160 - and I'm comfortable. It is also very firm. For the price - it is a great deal.

We first ordered the PLU =fake leather; its nice but my cats love to mess with it. We didn't buy from this seller; whom btw is great. I wanted a fabric, black and same style to match the first one we ordered without being too expensive, its a movie chair, we wont be sleeping long hours on it, plus its very expensive for shipping with this type of furniture....finally, I found this one. I really do like it. I can't wait to order at least 1-2 more. For the money; perfect. Small if you have small rooms; comfy and looks amazing. We are very happy with this purchase.

We ordered black and received grey. So, score for customer service very negative. However, due to social distancing we did not feel like returning and not knowing when the correct one will come. This one matches our family room and we kept it. Good quality material and great for small space. Chair is just what we needed if somebody forgets color problem.I wanted to add that eventually we decided to return and get a black one. The company was amazing. They were very responsive and we received the black one in the matter of few days. Great service! Chair is perfect. We love it.
