I love these iron pills because they are pretty and although they are not coated they still are easy to swallow. So you can take one at a time or two at a time and they go down pretty easy. They definitely seem to help. I take them because I give blood and used to be told I was low on iron. However taking these, I never had sex video with my iron levels are perfect.

I feel more energized throughout the day, and my iron levels have improved since I started taking them. No constipation or nausea, which is a big plus for me. Definitely a great option if you need a daily iron boost without the side effects.
