Or can I use just the toppik by itself?** A: Hi Terri, To tell you the truth I didn't even know there was a fiberhold spray and I don't think it's needed. My dermatologist just sprinkled it on my thinning part one day. Once I sprinkle Toppik on my head it stays ALL day and night, and typically the next day.
