Highly worth it
Amazing fun, really made me think about each of my moves and what cards to play. High quality art and cards, worth every penny. First time playing definitely has a slow start while learning but depending on play style it can pick up quickly. Definitely worth playing with more people. Detailed rules and fast setup. I’ll definitely by getting more of the DC deck building games from these guys

Great deck-building game
This game was my family's first foray into the deck-building games. Since then we have acquired the first DC deck building game, Crisis Expansion 1, and Marvel's Legendary. The Teen Titans game plays a little bit quicker than the others and is generally enjoyed more. It starts slow, but once you start getting your deck rolling, it really picks up the pace. Even though the game recommends age 15+, my 9 year old has no problem with the game and its rules. Speaking of rules, they are easily explained to friends, so they can have fun the first time they play versus having to watch it played once or feeling like they are struggling with the rules. It's pretty simple and they seem to enjoy the game. Each character changes the way you build your hand. Red Robin would want to collect more heroes, while Raven would want more villains. This help replay if you try out each different character to see how to best use their powers. Each game will run you about 30-45 depending on if you work together or competitively. Set-up and clean up is pretty fast and the play area can be adjusted to fit any flat surface you have available. Overall, this is the game we go to when we want a fast game. No disappointments.

Excellent
Me and my friends found this easy to understand how to play and very enjoyable with just one of the base sets or even when we started integrating the expansion packs! Very versatile and has a lot of freedom in being able to custom the game you want with your favorite cards. Simple base system for beginners and with each expansion pack it adds a new optional gameplay mode! You can play the same way or you can change game modes, you can do versus with friends, or fight against the campaign, or team up with friends against other friends or co-op in the campaign story. There's so much to enjoy here, and the best part is that you could just buy any of the base sets and still just enjoy that without needing to get any other expansions. Will be playing this with my groups of friends for many years to come. Looking forward to the new Dark Nights: Metal expansion coming this year (2020) too! Also shows there's a lot of support from the creators and fans along the years. Hope they keep adding more expansions and base sets etc.!

Great for fans of comics and/or deckbuilding card games
Having never played the DC deckbuilding card games I wasn't sure what to expect but being a fan of Teen Titans and deckbuilding card games I thought what the hey, and bought it. What arrived is a very well made game. The storage box is well designed and large enough to hold a couple of expansions. The cards are quality, with art pulled directly from the comics. What really delighted me was the thought they put into the game mechanics. We played our first game with a mix, there was me who played deck builders and read comics, some who played deck builders but knew nothing of the comics, and some who were familiar with neither. We all had fun.

Ongoings Are My New Favorite
If you've played any of the other DC Deck Building games, this is sure to entertain. In my own opinion, this game is the most balanced they've released, adding an extra element into the mix of normal deck builders to make it interesting. Ongoing cards stay out until you utilize their abilities, giving you more opportunities to combo out in a game. Also, with more 1- and 2-cost cards in the deck than any other game, it is easier to buy something even with a low-power turn, giving you more of a chance to catch up to those generating crazy power with each hand. The Super-Villains are a little less powerful and don't harm you as much with their first appearances, which levels the playing field against cards in the main deck that ore ridiculously OP. I'm anxious to see what the next set will do to work around this one!

Great game, package better
Love this game. The product is great. We have had two other sets that we use often with friends. However the packaging that it was sent in caused the box to be bent and it’s harder to open and close because of it

Great product! Wrong rule book though.
My husband and I had fun playing this game the day we got it. I had played the base game years ago with a friend and I kept on thinking and talking about it since then, till my husband begged me to just buy the thing. After some research, I figured the teen titans base set would be fun for me to add some variety to what I remember. My only confusion came from receiving the rulebook for the Heroes Unite base game. The rules seemed pretty similar so I figured that they just made 1 rule book for two games. After reading the rulebook, I was bummed that it didn't clarify cards from the teen titans base set that I had questions about. Some googling later and I realized there actually was a rulebook specifically for this base set. We were able to play the game once with minimal problems. (Learned the hard way that Slade goes first and Trigon goes last in the villan stack as the heroes unite rulebook doesn't mention these cards.) Still would buy again and will consider buying expansions!

Damaged
It arrived damaged. This was bought as a gift so there was not enough time to return/replace. The packaging was not protective in any fashion. 75% of the oversized super hero cards were scratched up as well. Very disappointing and would not have been an issue under other circumstances. My husband and I + our friends love all these DC deck building games so we were glad to gift this but disappointed in the damage.

Really proud of the packaging and the great condition it has come in. The cards feel great too, looking forward to playing it. A huge oversight with the instruction booklet as it's for a game I don't have and it's going to be annoying not having the clarity on certain cards.

Très bonne extension, très agréable à ajouter aux autres jeux. Nous la jouons principalement en stand-alone, les dynamiques des cartes étant plus intéressantes si elles ne sont pas noyées dans de trop gros jeux

Excellent game in the series although, got a bit mixed up with rule regarding Trigon. Worked it out in the end though.
