Amazing Dutch oven that will outlive me!
The Flame (ombré red to orange) finish is absolutely stunning and looks professional on any stovetop. But beyond the aesthetics, the Signature line features several functional upgrades that make a difference in a busy kitchen. • Ergonomic Handles: The oversized loop handles are a lifesaver when I'm moving the heavy pot from the oven to the counter while wearing bulky mitts. • Durable Enamel: The exterior finish is chip-resistant, and I haven't noticed any staining or dulling after multiple uses. • Versatile Lid: The lid fits perfectly, trapping moisture and heat for "painless" slow cooking. There are no noticeable quality issues here—just pure, high-end craftsmanship. This is a piece of equipment that will clearly last for decades.

Tha best of the best Cooks beautiful, will last longer than me. Ovel shaped to allow for larger things like small turkey or large roast. Goes from stove top to oven to table. Absolutely perfect and so lovely to look at

Great Dutch oven
My wife has wanted a Dutch oven for quite some time. She has used it 3 times already since Christmas and loves the color. Went with the larger 9 qt which seems to be the best size for us. It’s a little heavy, but seems well made, and cleans up pretty easily.

Can’t go wrong with the original!
Le Creuset was my first ceramic/cast iron pot. I treasured it. I cooked everything from Coq au Vin, to artisan bread, to Spanish style rice in it. Somehow in a move it got lost or stolen. Well, these are super expensive. Years later, I asked my mom and husband if they’d be willing to chip in to buy this oval pot so I could make a Thanksgiving turkey in it. This is much larger than my original pot, and all Le Creuset (like similar cast iron/ceramic pots) is HEAVY. With a 12 lb turkey, it was all I could do to get it into the oven, but wow, what a turkey; best one I ever made (using Gordon Ramsey’s recipe of course ;). The round small one I have is the best for bread, rice, stews for four people. This one is for a crowd, no matter what you’re making in it. I’ve used the cheaper versions - they just don’t hold up as well; they’ve chipped easily or the lids don’t fit correctly for a nice tight close. So this is an investment, but a good one.

Durable
Nice small pot, ideal for small families or a couple. Good quality as usual for Le Creuset products. If well used, perhaps a pot that will last for a lifetime

"The Crucible" (Le Creuset) is such a ridiculous name for such a great brand.
Fantastic. Look, Le Creuset is expensive as all get-out. You buy this instead of the knock-off if you want to keep it for 20 years. If you're wondering whether (virtually) non-stick cast iron will make you a better cook: uh huh. Aside from all the hipster hype, cast-iron does one thing vastly better than the other materials you're probably using on your stovetop: heat retention. For example, even high-quality non-cast-iron skillets will cool substantially when you drop a 40-degree, 1.5" thick ribeye onto their surface; this means that you end up boiling the moisture off of your steak before the searing begins. Additionally, heat retention means more -even- heat in most cases. Cast iron gives much more predictable results, and you'll notice it immediately. Being able to use (washable!) cast-iron was a game changer for me. All this being said, I can't say that you need Le Creuset (instead of the knock-off) for these features -- as I said above, you pay for the expected longevity. But I can def say that, despite the substantial cost, I smile every time I grab this thing from the shelf.

My wife loves it. She wanted one for a while but wasn’t sure if it would be worth the price. She loves it and uses is 2-3 times a week

Worth The Money
This is a great addition to my kitchen. It is a quality piece of cook ware that I expect will last a very long time. Bonus - it adds a pop of fun color to meal preparation and clean up!
