They look great and work and fit really well. I got two sets for my wife for Christmas as she wanted to make the pantry and some open shelves look a nicer. These did the job. As for the customer service, one of the lids was split just a little. I sent a message to Amazon who sent a message to the seller and I got a call within 2 hours. I confirmed my shipping address and got a replacement two days later. That can't be beat.
