These resistance bands will give you a workout, especially the purple band! You are forced to really push your legs to extend the band so for this reason, I really like these. I like the set of colors it comes in, the different levels of elasticity and the pouch provided for storing the bands.

These are amazing!!!! I had purchased the other kind of bands but those roll up and pinch my skin and leave my legs bruised. These do not! They stay in place and I get a an amazing workout! My legs & hiney are looking nice!

Great bands. My wife loves them. Please pay attention guys to the recommendations here on what size you need to buy. My wife has a slim athletic body and we decided to go for the small size. She said it was the best thing we did because it is able to provide her the right amount of resistance. If we would have gone with a medium woe probably wouldn't have had the same effect.

Great quality resistance bands! Much better than the rubber ones I used before. They do not roll and are very durable. Most importantly you can order different size of them, according to your body dimensions. Definitely recommend!

Working out from home now, since gyms are closed.. These bands were exactly what I needed! I have been using the rubber resistant loops and they just get too stretched out too quickly!These have held up for a good 2 weeks with daily use.,. I also love how I can use them with shorts too, since the fabric is so softI have told all my friends about them! I highly reccomend them! Great price!

Edited to add:It’s been a couple months now and the elastic in the pink band is coming out. Def not as durable as they seemed in the beginning.I just used these for the first time and I like them so far. I like the thicker width because it eliminates pressure pains when using the bands. The material seems durable. I am 5 ‘1 and 110lbs and ordered the small. Wish there was a smaller size but these will work for most of my exercises. I do wish there was a size chart when ordering with the measurements of the bands.

Maybe a bit expensive compared to other fitness bands out there, but the quality is better than I ever used and it is exactly what you need for assisted pull ups. This exercise bands perfect for workout without using weights.My personal trainer has suggested I use these bands to help me achieve a chin up.
