I had all over skin pain. But no rash or anything to be seen. Two doctors did not know the cause. One Dr prescribed a prescription med that kept it at bay, but not a med I wanted to stay on. I started taking these pills and stopped the prescription med. As long as I keep taking them, I have no more skin pain. But I still have to be careful to not wear rough, irritating fabrics.

Apparently black seed oil helps heal wounds, I didn't realise this when I started taking them.My overweight, clumsy cat fell off my lap and grabbed my hand to try and save herself, cut me pretty badly... it only took two days to look healed, and three days to feel completely healed, wild.It let me know that this stuff is actually doing something lol.

I'm aware of the benefits of black seed oil, and trust this brand, but I simply cannot stand the 6-10 hours of spicy burps after taking these. I've tried both with and without food, both in the am and pm. Nothing has helped. If anyone has had this issue, but found a way to mitigate the burping and after taste, please share!

You do get the occasional burp flavor of sesame seed oil. It helped my irritated skin calm down. I used to get really bad rashes on my face from Gulf War syndrome. Now I don't, so I appreciate what this product does. There's no side effects that I've noticed. Product was recommended by a Naturopath Doctor. I've tried everything else but nothing worked. Hopefully it's a lasting effect. Been taking as directed for a week now.

I have taken cholesterol medication for years. Once I started taking the Black Seed Oil along with proper diet, my overall cholesterol was reduced significantly. At this point, I no longer take any cholesterol medication (or any other meds).

I think this product is good. Its my first experience with mail order supplements. I have noticed since purchasing that the price is a little higher than I could have purchased from my local health food store for a product comparable to this one. I do not regret the purchase because you came through when I needed it most. Thanks.
