Nice upgrade
These forks were a huge upgrade to the original fork that came with my expensive bike. They were basically springs inside a tube, and nonadjustable. Well, they had adjustment knobs for compression, but they did nothing. These forks are actually very adjustable. They came from the factory a little to stiff for me because I like a softer ride. So I just let one little squirt of air out of the valve and they lightened up just enough on the compression. I only ride the rails to trails, so if I need it a little stiffer, I just turn the compression know a click or two towards the lock out position. Once you get the compression stiffness set with the air on the softest setting, it'll stiffen up with the knob. The one review about the "two" rebound knobs not doing anything, mine only has one at the bottom, and it works like a champ. On the fastest setting (least rebound), it has way more rebound dampening than the original forks. Turn the knob up to the slowest (most rebound dampening) and it slows way down.If you order a set, be sure to have another threadless headset on hand. I could not get my old collar off with out ruining it, so switched out the headset and forks, and now my front end is tight, with no slop or clunking. And smoother too. I might let out a little more air.

Sheared hexpin on lockout knob
The suspension fork initially worked well. Then the hexpin of the lockout knob sheared off, unfortunately this kept the suspension fork permanently set in lockout mode. The company responded to an initial email with a request for a photograph of the defective component - the damper - that required replacement. Since then, numerous emails with the company have gone unanswered. Poor customer service.
