I don't know. Amazon sent question to me, another buyer. I loved that stuff but I see some selling for $150 per bottle, so I am assuming it is discontinued.

Will it help with natural gray hair thats wirey and stiff

My hair is gray and white but not stiff so I can’t speak to this product addressing that concern; might need some additional product for softening/smoothing. This shampoo helps keep hair silvery, no yellowing. It’s nice.

Will this work without the silver expressions shampoo?

Not sure what you might means by "works". if you mean will it detangle and condition your hair, yes. But I am not sure if alone it will remove the brassy dullness gray hair can display. The shampoo alone can do that, especially if you let it sit in you hair for a while once you have worked it into suds all over your hair. Rinses to highlight the white silver beauty.
