I purchased a stone for my amazing dog Cole and it was meant as a means of closure. This was the worst purchase I have ever made. The man took my money and my pictures and NEVER made my stone. He would go months without returning emails and when he did he told us it was in the works. We told him we have been putting a trip to the mountains off so we can take the stone with us and he told us “the mountain huh sounds like you have a nice life”. We finally asked for our money back and that only happened when we got Amazon involved. I know he has positive reviews and I am sure we are the rare case but it only made what we were going through that much harder.
