A: Maybe slightly but they do protect the heel...only thing ...after my first review I tried the second pair...they dont stay stuck..meaning after one wear the next day they dont stick anymore ...super disappointed

**Q: Do these work with nylons?**
A: No they would slip out in fact they slip reguardless since it has a thin nylon like material on the insert itself. There is no grip whatsoever
